Infineon offers a broad family of single channel High Current PROFET® in Green DPAK package which are
scalable by RDS(ON).
The devices have all the same pinout as shown in the picture on the right.
They all have the same set of diagnostic and protection features, including ReverSave ®
They all have load current sense
They are all available in RoHS compliant packages.
