This Aircraft has been inspected IA W an annual inspection using the Cessna 21 OD Service Manual Inspection Guide. Performed all service and lube requirements per the service manual. Lubed throttle control. Replaced right wing sump valve assembly with a new valve. Adjusted mag timing, cleaned, gapped and tested plugs. Installed new RHB32E #5 cylinder top position. Replaced Elt battery assembly and tested Elt per manufacturers instructions lAW FAR 91.207. Elt battery due 10/01. Complied with AD 71-24-04leak check of engine bay hoses. Complied with AD 72-03-03 R3 by cleaning and lubing flap . actuator jack screw with moli grease. Complied with AD 85-10-02 R1 by visual inspection of induction air box lower skin for cracks, none found at this time. Complied with AD 87-20-03 R2 by visual inspection of seat rails, found 1 crack in left outboard rail within limits per the AD.

This aircraft has been inspected and serviced using Cessna aoo series checklist. Engine mount forward left side replaced heat damaged. Cabin floor forward section cleaned of corrosion treated and zinc chromate coated. Propeller governor cable secured as required. Corrosion X treatment entire aircraft interior. Landing gear horn switch and fuel boot pump switch replaced with new actuator arm. Rigged for approximately 12 inches. Induction system upper deck removed repaired mounting area, by installation of skin patch on top and inside to cover cracked section . Brake linings replaced new, brake calipers new 0 Rings seals and bleed system. Alternator belt loose adjusted tension. Aircraft ground operated and all system tests were normal. I certify this aircraft has been inspected in accordance with the requirements of an Annual Inspection and was determined to be in airworthy condition. FAR 91.207 C/W EL T removed inspected and tested on AM for impact signal , test good. Batteries and retest will be due in Aug. 1999. AD's 85-10-02 C/W see above repairs.
