If you are here to learn, you are at the right place

This is a postgraduate class. You are responsible for your

learning there will be no spoon feeding. I am here to

facilitate learning. There is an enormous amount ofliterature available on the subject of management. My goal

is not to repeat that. My role is to guide and facilitate.

Detailed lecture note are for you to study. Every slide will

not be discussed in the class.

You will be required to sign an affidavit promising ethical

behavior in all academic affairs and refraining from

    plagiarism.

What to expect in this class

Tests & ExamsYou can expect all tests to be open book/open notes

unless announced otherwise. I expect that you will answer

your own solutions based on what you learn. There are no

absolute right and wrong answers in Management. Thereare usually many correct answers to the same question.

However, some might be better than the others. The test

questions are to see if you understand the management

concepts and are able to apply them in real life business

situations. Repeating what was discussed in the class oris written in a book will not earn good grades.
