Internal environment consists of variables (factors strengths and weaknesses) within the organization itself and are subject to the supervision of senior management in the short term and include the internal environment of:

Organizational Structure: Structure and includes communications, power, and the chain of command, which is described in the organizational chart

Culture: Culture includes beliefs, expectations and shared values among members of the Organization

Resources: Resources include the assets of the company's physical assets, skills and human capacity and talent management

Corporate Strategy

It describes the orientations of the organization overall, reflecting the general trends towards the growth and management of its business lines and products to balance the mix of products. The specific strategy of the Organization of the decisions that determine the type of business that must be linked to the organization as well as the flow of resources and money to and from sections of the organization and finally the Organization's relations with major groups in the environment.
