The straight cutting RKS 451 isavailable in both fully automatic(RKS 451 NA) and semi automaticversions (RKS 451 H).
The fully automatic saw can beequipped with an input magazineand various types of material out-put systems. The semi automaticmodel can be fitted with a lengthmeasuring system or integratedinto a process line.

All RKS 451 NA operating and programming steps are effected viaPROFICUT graphic user surfaceunder Windows with touchscreenmonitor. Network connection (Win 98 /2000/NT) is possible.

Standard material chute, as additional equipment with a sortingdeflector to separate trim cuts/rest pieces and components.
Cut-off gripper with distribution unitThe gripper removes the cut-offs from the sawing area and places them on the crossfeed output conveyor. Trimcuts and remnants are movedto the rear. Cut-offs can be distributed to 3 container positions to the front.
Longer cut-offs are pushed off via output roller conveyors withcrossfeed chains.
Output saw table to eject pieces.
With the module material database, eachmaterial type can be saved with a MaterialIdentification Number. The machine controlautomatically calculates the feed and cuttingspeed via the DIN No. or the material group.
Further characteristics of the machine control:• Order management software for programming and management of saw orders• saving of data on the hard disc as CSV-file. Alterations are possible with EXCEL or LOTUS.
Data import or export via a network
The module Part Database allows a part to be saved with a part number. The part can berecalled at any time.
