Our PROCEDURES enable “EP’s”

– to get INTERNSHIPS abroad – It allows them to know more about Aiesec and develop their

potential to increase

LEADERSHIP SKILLS for a positive impact on society.

Our Structure

Marketing and Recruitment• Coordinate with the Marketing Area:

– Graphic Material focused on oGIP: Benefits, countries and requirements; not only for Recruitment but also for companies

• Track the OC Assigned for recruitment– Specify the CV’s format for applicants

• Main person in charge of Disertations • Keep the “facebook pool” updated

Track and Match• Set the CV’s at the “Facebook Pool”• Look for TN’s at MyAiesec, Podio and

Facebook.• Support for Review Board• Set a Data Base of LC’s, iGIP VP’s and TN

Managers.• Manage: CV’s Motivation letters; Set

interviews.• EP’s Representative person

External Relationships and Agreements

• Coordinates with T&M the Data Base• Gets all relevant material from Universities:

UCB, UPB, UniFranz, UMSA• Set the basis of our contracts• Enhance the agreement between UCB and

AIESEC La Paz• Meet the other LC’s requirements for setting

Agreements

All Of US• Meet people all around the World,

therefore expand our Contacts List.

• Know how to support other areas

• Know the oGIP Flow

• Get iGIP LCVP’s into our pool.
