SpacePlanning  

Space  the  heritage  center’s  plan  was  designed  to  resemble  a  cell  type  structure.  Inspired  by  color  and  nature,  the  center  is  a  place  where  people  from  all  cultural  backgrounds  can  relate.  

Inspira+onto  Design  

Inspira(on    “As  a  designer,  the  project  affected  me  in  ways  I  never  thought  it  would.  Because  this  involved  personal  feelings,  the  project  became  very  in+mate  and  really  reflected  my  emo+ons  towards  my  heritage.  The  project  also  made  me  understand  that  when  working  with  our  own  feelings,  it  almost  becomes  easier  to  design  and  truly  portray  our  thoughts  and  emo+ons.”  –Shown  in  TCU  magazine  2010  

Designfrom  Within  

Design  The  area  picked  for  my  pavilion  is  the  middle  of  the  lake/  water  structure  in  the  Modern  Museum  in  Fort  Worth.  I  picked  this  specific  spot  because  of  the    specific  characteris+cs  of  water.  Water  represents  unity  thus  separa+on  by  being  the  main  barrier  between  our  con+nents.  This  area  is  the  perfect  spot  in  the  museum  so  that  I  can  convey  my  emo+ons  through  design.
