The discussion technique of learning is

based on the modern theory of

organisation. The assumptions of this

theory is that every member of

organisation has capacity to initiate and

solve the problems and bring certain

attitude to the organizations.

This technique was first used by HENRY A

OBER STREET IN 1929.H organised a

discussion for small period of the audience. At

the end of discussion audience has also

participated. The important questions were put

by the audience on the topic. The experts tried

and answered questions.
