1980 took its first step to serve an emerging automotive

industry of Turkey especially for production of stamped, machined, roll formed

and welded parts.

2003 Production facility was moved from city center of Istanbul to TOSB

Industrial Zone/Kocaeli in which exist mainly sub-supplier firms serving to

premier domestic and international automotive factories.

2003 The production was split into two sections. was founded.

It took a task of manufacturing steel sheet stamped, roll formed, welded parts.

2010 Q4 Both companies signed a partnership agreement with Efesan

Group which also own one of the biggest leading casting company of Turkey

called Ferro

2010 Q4 was merged. Currently all activities go on

under the

2014 May Efesan Group purcashed all shares
