Hallow chair

Stage-1The mixture of raw material is poured into the machine.

Stage-2The mixture is injected into the mould cavity of desired shape

of a chair.

Stage-3Then the injection unit is retracted from the mould cavity after

injecting the plastic.

Stage-4The screw rolls back and the barrel is filled

with another shot of plastic. Meanwhile, the plastic in the mould cavity cools and solidifies

the plastic.

Stage-5The machine gets opened and ejector mechanism begins.

Stage-6Finally, the component drops out of the machine for the next

process activity.

Jit & Lean

• Bharat seating systems are doing a good job in plastic chairs production by using even the recycled plastic.

• The waste plastic is again made into powder and used for manufacturing chairs.

Production capacity

A single chair is produced in just 57

seconds by means of the machine. In a day

around 1400 chairs are produced

depending on the working hours of the

employees.

Conclusion
