Go to: People tab of Facebook Insights

More than 50% fans are not reached!

Data for: Understand what type of content

resonates with them well

Now let’s move on to: Reach tab

Click on any point of the graph, it will redirect you to the post details for the

given date. This is the way you can see which posts worked better for your

audience.

Time to know what pisses your audience

off...

Follow the next graph on Facebook Insights

Click on the pointers and you will understand what not to

post.

Or go to Likes tab

Clicking on any point of the 'Unlike' zone will take you to an insightful window...

Trace out the posts. Now this is NOT TO DO for you.

Go to Posts tab

You can get data for every day and every hour.

A bonus tip: Also try posting at unusual but peak

time slots.

Twitter Analytics

Go to Followers tab

And find the interests

of your followers

Data for: Understand what type of content

Visit the Tweets tab of your Twitter Analytics dashboard

From the list, you can trace the posts that are going

exceptionally well with your network.

Click on Tweet details

Look for the detailed report on impression with time,

clicks, RTs.

Now look at the right hand side bar of the Tweets tab

Look for the days, when you got highest and lowest response.

Find the best and worst tweet.

Find your followers' geo-location and send your

tweets accordingly
