Feedback from Cuba Operations • 3 wells drilled:

o 1st well - some equipment problems,

o 2nd well - good performance,

o 3rd well - good performance.

• EC-Drill® run in 17-1/2” and 12-1/4” hole sections.

• Manipulated the riser fluid level in a window of 150 to 200m below

RKB with 1650 gpm flow in the 17-1/2 in. section.

• No losses or hole instability issues seen.

• ROP gains observed when BHP reduced.

• No gas recorded at top of riser.

• With planning, reasonable timeframe to implement on floater rig.

• Builds on conventional well control techniques, does not replace

them.

• First 3-well deepwater, Post-BOP wells have been drilled and

lessons-learned gathered for improvements.

• Now working on:

– Pump enhancements,

– MRL improvements to soft line and development of hard line option

integrated into drilling riser,

– Control system enhancements,

– Further competency training programs for AGR personnel.

• These improvements are being implemented in our Norway

Troll Field Project… now - 2013.
