To implement smart city the 1st we use top down strategy where the mayor as a leader must have political will to lead a change. Our mayor have a meeting weekly, he control all the city problem, complain from the citizen and improvement that have to do by agencies. 2nd is consolidating, we have so many agencies its about 43 agencies, 30 district and 150 sub district. To consolidate with those agencies we have Bandung Command Center and Mini Command Center. We communicate each other through technology such as skype, vmeet and so on. The 3rd strategy is controlling, in Bandung we try to control everything using application such as BIRMS to control procurement, SAKIP to control government performance, SIP to evaluate district and sub district performance, LAPOR for manage citizen complaint, sosial media to control all problem

BCC is the facilities of mayor to control all the city situations such as traffic, weather, supervising city development, managing citizen complain and etc. This is also a tools for city surveillance we have 110 units of cctv included intelligent video analytics for identifying traffic violations and also we have 50 units of GPS on fire truck, ambulance, dump truck, school bus and etc

And then we have application to control the infrastructure project. The mayor can control the project by looking at the icon colour. If the icon colour is green the project finish 100% but if the icon clour is red the project not yet finish. Manager project will update the project when there is a progress and he must upload the photo or video for evidence

The next is online birth registrations, same with lisence, for birt registration, in Bandung we can do online. Citizen can upload the document and then the document vill verifiy. If the document valid, agency will send the birth certificate to the citizen

The next is school admission online. In Bandung, every student who will enter the school (elementary, junior and senior high school) should registrate online to school admission online. Student should upload test result and then system would make a ranking for every student who registrate.
