First of all, follow the instructions of the Health & Safety act

8. Clean and tidy up everything when you finish.

1. DON’T PLAY WITH THE FOOD!2. Wash your hands.3. Put on an apron.4. Collect everything you need on the table.5. Weigh the exact quantities written in the recipe.6. Use the material PROPERLY and CAREFULLY.7. If you taste the mixture, wash your hands.

Now, look at the ingredients you have on the table

1kg FLOUR 500gr FLOUR

300gr ICING SUGAR 2 EGGS

STEP 1

1) Put all the ingredients (flour, icing sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla) in a bowl.

2) Mix everything well to make the dough.

STEP 3

3) Put flour on the table and roll out the dough to about 1 cm thick.

STEP 4

4) Cover the dough with baking paper for 10 minutes.

STEP 5

5) Use different cutters to make the biscuits.

STEP 6

6) Shake an egg yolk and brush the yolk to get your biscuits wet.

STEP 7

6) Decorate your biscuits if you want.

STEP 8

8) Put your biscuits on a baking tray and cook in a hot oven (180º) until become brown.

STEP 9

9) Wait until they are late and teacher prepares tea.
