How to:make butter cookies

*The cookies in the picture were made by the 5th grade chefs at CEIP Vilaxoan :)

The Ingredients

125 grams (g) butter

50 grams (g) sugar

170 grams (g) flour

The Tools

A Rolling pin

A Pan

An Oven

A ScaleA Mixing Bowl

First, always remember to wash your hands before

cooking!

Step 1

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl

Step 2

Mix the ingredients with your hands.

Step 3

Stretch the dough on the surface.

Step 4

Cut out shapes in the dough

Step 5

• Decorate the cookies

Step 6

Bake in the oven for fifteen minutes at 180 degrees Celsius

Step 7 (the most important)

Enjoy the cookies!
