  • Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease (or line withparchment) two baking sheets. I just spray themwith cooking spray.Place butter, brown and whitesugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, lemon extract (ifusing), baking powder, baking soda, salt, and eggin a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixeruntil well blended. Add in flour and beat until wellincorporated.

    Pour a few tablespoons of each color ofdecorating sugar into shallow dish. Stir tocombine colors. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls (atablespoon cookie scoop works well here) intosugar, rolling the balls to coat them. Place onprepared baking sheets, about two inches apart.

    Bake cookies for ten minutes until the edges arejust barely beginning to brown, they'll look soft. Ifyou bake these cookies too long, they'll becrunchy rather than chewy. Remove from ovenand cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, thentransfer to rack to cool completely.

    In a large mixing bowl combine peanutbutter, sugars, butter, eggs, oats, bakingsoda, vanilla and salt. Mix well with anelectric mixer.

    Add in all other ingredients and mix againuntil well blended.

    Form dough into golfball size cookies andplace two inches apart on greased cookiesheets.Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

    Let cool 5 minutes before removing frompan. Enjoy!

    In a small mixing bowl, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt untilsoft peaks form. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Gently foldin chocolate chips. Drop by level tablespoonful onto greased bakingsheets. Sprinkle lightly with sugar, if desired. Bake at 300 for 20-25minutes or until meringues are dry and crisp. Cool on baking sheets fortwo minutes, then remove to wire racks to cool completely. Store inairtight container.

    Icing

    In large mixing bowl, place butter, sugar,eggs, and vanilla.

    Mix well with electric mixer until fullycombined.

    Add Ricotta and mix again untilincorporated.

    Add flour, salt, and baking soda. Beat againuntil fully incorporated and a dough isformed.

    Dough will be soft and sticky.Using a cookedough scoop or two spoons, drop bytablespoonfulls onto greased baking sheets.

    Bake at 350 for about ten minutes, or untillightly browned around bottom edges.Remove from oven and allow to coolcompletely.

    Remove lid and foil seal from can of frostingand microwave for about thirty seconds.

    Stir. Gently spread a little icing on top ofeach cookie and sprinkle with sprinkles ofchoice before icing sets.

    In large mixing bowl place cake mix, butter, egg,cream cheese, and vanilla. Using an electricmixer, beat until fully combined and a dough isformed.

    Add in all chocolate chips and crushed oreos. Stirthese in by hand or use an electric mixer on lowuntil just incorporated.

    CLASSIC CUT OUT COOKIES

    Cookie

    Thoroughly cream shortening, sugar, andvanilla. Add egg; beat until fluffy. Stir in milk.Sift dry ingredients; stir in and blend. Dividedough in half, chill 1 hour.

    On floured surface, roll half of dough to 1/8inch thick. Keep remaining dough chilleduntil ready to roll. Cut into shapes. Bake ongreased cookie sheet at 375 for 6-8 minutes.Cool slightly, remove from pan.

    Cool and decorate with cookie icing.

    Icing

    In bowl, mix all ingredients together withfork. If too dry, add a little more milk. Oncemixed, add a few drops of food coloring.

    1 Cup confectioner's sugar1 Tablespoon softened butter ormargarine2 Tablespoon milk1 teaspoon vanilla or butterflavoring

    Place brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and egg in alarge bowl. Beat with electric mixer until wellcombined. Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder,and salt. Mix again to combine. Stir in the chocolatechips and toffee bits until just incorporated.

    Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto bakingsheets, leaving about two inches in between eachcookie. Bake 10-11 minutes, until edges are goldenbrown. Cool on the sheet for a few minutes beforeremoving them to a cookie rack or platter to allow tocool completely.
