2. Has the bulk insert (reseña) authorized by the Livestock Department in the State Government for the VET before testing

State Government’s Functions

1. Certifies origin of the cattlle2. Authorizes or rejects the green tag

bulk insert based on the cattle census

3. Brands with “CN” irregular animals

Functions of the Accredied VET

1. Accepts or rejects the TB test request2. Types the field TB test chart3. Animals not in bulk insert (reseña) are

not accepted in the SICOMORA4. Types the TB reading5. Generates the official TB Chart,

certificate of origin, resume of brandsand the green tag bulk insert from thefield TB test chart

Functions of the CEFPPCH

Reviews all files (notifies anyquarentines or any otherirregularities)

Compares the SICOMORA official Tb test chart against thefield TB test chart

Green and blue tags of rejectsare reactivated in the SICOMORA after 60 days

Functions of theSENASICA/SAGARPA officials

1. Assigns blue tags and number of the official TB test chart to the accredited VET

2. Authorizes or rejects the TB test3. Assignes the TB test Supervisor4. Authorizes or rejects the exportation permit5. Assignes the CCT6. Suspends an accredited VET 7. Consults green tags bulk inserts8. Generates statistics of TB test, reactors by Vet or

cattleman, etc.

2. Writes green tags bulk insert (reseña) and sends it to the State Goverment

3. State Gov. Authorizes or rejects reseña

4. The Cattleman request the TB test

5.The accredited Vet accepts or rejects to do the TB test

6. SENASICA/SAGARPAapproves or rejets the TBtest and assignes asupervisor

7. The Vet writes the TB test fiel chart

8. The vet writes the TB reading

9.The Vet prints alldocuments (officialTB chart, 20/20,certificate of origin,resume of brands)

10.The Chihuahua Animal Health Committee reviewsall documents and check the field TB test chartagainst the Official TB test Chart .

11.SENASICA/SAGARPAelaborates theexportationcertificate.

12. SAGARPA/OISA and USDAcheck documentsand animals atthe port of entry
