“Moving From SVM to DISA - 1

When a call is answered by SVM but the caller wants to call another extension instead of leaving a message, it is possible to access DISA (DISA OGM 1 will be played) by dialing the Operator Call feature number. This allows the caller to call another extension via DISA or access the DISA AA service.

OGM output level (OGM recoding level) OGM output level (Wav file recording) may influence DISA tone detection sensitivity. If OGM has high output level then the DISA tone detection threshold level may deteriorate. If a customer uses DISA function with OGM that is recorded from Wav file, please check the DISA tone detection sensitivity / level before use. If DISA tone detection does not work correctly, please reduce the level by using the application detailed below. (Remove High level WAV file and replace with modified one).

Wav file Modification SoftwarePCC uses the following audio modification (→xxx.wav, adjust audio level) software.- Sony "Sound Forge". (Not Free software)

You may download a free trial from the following website:http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/products/soundforgefamily.asp

Free software: “Eufony” http://www.softe.net/It's free use for wave files less than 1 minute. Above 1 minute we need to pay. (Convert, Spilt, Merge are possible)

“Sound recorder” (Windows optional software) :It is possible to use for conversion audio modification (→xxx.wav, reduce audio level) software. But PCC experience on TVM is conversion quality is not good some audio data.
