Fourth generation family-owned vineyardslocated in Chania, on the beautifulMediterranean island of Crete, Greece. Wholly sustainable farming practices.

Inclined limestone and clay fields at analtitude of 120-290 meters.

Grapes are hand harvested early in themorning and carefully sorted, de-stemmedand pneumatically pressed. Fermentationtakes place with seleced yeast in inoxtanks.

Pairs well with seafoods and salads, suchas smoked sardines with cherry tomatoes,grilled or baked fish with white sauce,stuffed squid with sauteed celery.Comliments simple chicken dishes.
