Concept /Encouraging artists and designers to use letraset within their design practice. To achieve this I decided to create a fictional exhibition that would be based around letraset. To ensure the audience engaged fully with the event, I created a competiton that called for artists and designers to submit a piece of work using letraset that would be displayed at the exhibition.

Considering that the event is based purely on typography and the use of letraset I wanted to ensure that the logo remained simple yet relevant. The stripes across the logo reflect the idea of transferring each letter when using letraset. Used the typeface Helvetica & Helvetica Neue throughout the design to ensure there was consistency but focusing on different weights. Use of one colour + stock across all printed material.

Posters & Direct Mail. Main factor was to ensure the audience engaged with the event this meant creating promotional material to advertise the competition as well as the exhibition itself. Taking stock into consideration and using only trace and acetate across all printed material. Proposed print finishes are, UV spot varnish across ‘transfers’ logo on all posters & silver foil on envelope for direct mail.
