Method Required QC Method Blank (or RB): 1 daily. If at or above Reporting Level, immediate corrective action. [DI water + DPD] LFB: At reporting level (control charts 1020B.13 or ADHS will allow recovery ± 10%). At least monthly (Goal – each run). [ADHS will allow 2° Stds, e.g. Spec√s APP Permits only] Duplicates: 1 for each matrix type daily or with each batch of 20 or fewer samples. Control Charts 1020B. Need Record for Each
