Commission and telephonebidders together with a number ofenthusiasts who attended the salehelped to achieve a total hammerprice for the small collection ofalmost 2,000.

Top price for the Lego sets was155 and for the Star Wars figures,170.

Other toys created a significantamount of pre-sale interest

including some early Action Manfigures selling at 70 and toy carswith prices reaching 70.

Furniture produced a mixture ofresults with some items achievingdisappointing prices, howeverthere were one or two verypleasant surprises including aRegency rosewood sofa table inneed of restoration which sold for1,400 and a diminutive walnut

drop leaf table, also requiringattention, at 400. A similar pricewas achieved for a rosewoodcupboard with a gallery and amahogany lowboy that was soldfor 420.
