Winter National Conference (WNCF) is one of the most important national conferences of AIESEC in Hong Kong Session 10/11. It is a platform for all the current leaders to review on past achievements and generate synergy to further unleash organization's potential. It is also a platform for members to experience an inspirational personal discovery path, and to uncover their own leadership potential and its relevance in AIESEC. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management.
