Hands-on workshop, for ages 16-18, that teaches aboutjournalism, audio recording, audio editing, interviewing,
writing for broadcasts, and speaking on the air
FREE, and no previous experience required!

The mission of the Universi ty of Washington Dream Project is to
assist low-income and first-generation high school students
in attaining higher education and to raise awareness among
university students about the issues of educational opportunityand social mobi l ity.
Since we started in 2005, we have grown to serve 16 high schools
in Seattle, over 1500 students, and over 500 mentors
Besides lecture, we have breakouts, high school visits, andDream Project events to support our students
