With a deficit of $5,027.00 this week, we cannot operate the church. I beg you to take seriously your commitment to God through your church. Please consider increasing your offerings. You can use your envelope with a check or cash or you can just donate with your credit or debit card. You can donate online or in the parish office.

Confirmation Christmas Bear Drawings Put a smile on a child's face and perfect for snuggling all night long! Confirmation II will be selling tickets for four 42" plush bears. Drawings will be held after each of the weekend Mass on December 17th/18th. Winners must be present to win. Tickets are $1 and proceeds will benefit the parish. After Christmas Party! Save the date - Friday, December 30th at 6:30 PM an After Christmas Party for the parish community will be hosted by Confirmation II. More details to follow. The Nativity A Christmas Play will be held on Sunday, December 18 at 7:00 PM (doors open at 6:00 PM) at the Catholic Charismatic Center, 1949 Cullen Blvd., Houston 77023. Admission is free and all are welcome!

Preparing for Next Sunday Christmas Day

The Nativity of the Lord Isaiah speaks to us today of the beauty of the one who brings us glad tidings: Jesus coming to tell of God’s love. Hebrews goes further, describing Jesus as the one who fully reveals the depths of God’s love for humanity. Finally, the Gospel reminds us that Jesus is the very Word of God, the one from the beginning - God born into human history.
