• Engaged at the beginning of the ‘OMT Retail Training Programme’ planning process, the TC will continue to stay in regular contact with Shop Managers and Supervisors via scheduled site visits and monthly phone / Skype coaching
• The amount of In-Shop Support required at any given location will be driven by the number of staff and by the strategic priority of the location
• Regular contact over the next 12 months will be provided to embed the behaviour change required on the Shop Floor
• The TC will be in regular contact with key stakeholders to inform them of progress

Note: this level of support will then lessen significantly, shifting to monitoring performance and auditing standards
