NEO Retirement

• Faculty & Staff are eligible to participate in Oklahoma Teachers Retirement (OTRS) provided you are a full-time employee.

• After 5 years a retiree becomes vested under OTRS.

• Retirement under OTRS at age 62 with 5 years of service or when age plus service equals 80 or 90.

• Retirees should get estimate from OTRS at least 90-120 days prior to retirement.
