Open Enrollment
• 2013 Open Enrollment is November 5th – 19th.
• Your 2012 medical, dental and vision plan elections will rollover to 2013.
• Your 2012 Flexible Spending Accounts election WILL NOT rollover. If you are wish to participate in a 2013 Flexible Spending Account, you must enroll during Open Enrollment. The Medical FSA limit for 2013 is $2500 and the Dependent Care FSA limit is $5000
• If you are enrolling a spouse or any dependents that you have not enrolled in the past follow-up documentation (birth certificates, marriage certificates etc.) for dependent verification
will be requested after enrollment.
Medical Plan Carrier Change
• The new carrier is:
Your medical benefits are not changing. This is a carrier change only. • Better Network Access

• New cards will arrive prior to December 31, 2012
• A transition line has been established with BCBSSC. Members who are mid treatment can reach out to BCBSSC to ensure a smooth transition of care. Look for more information to come!
• Sign Wellness Agreement• Complete Health Risk Assessment• Complete Biometric Screening• Meet or Speak with a company provided counselor to
review “red light” screening results and follow the recommended treatment plan.
• Attend two wellness related “Brown Baggers” educational meetings.
• Complete six wellness/insurance related “toolbox” educational pieces.
