WASHINGTON (Reuters) - New orders for U.S.-made goods unexpectedly fell in November amid sharp declines in demand for machinery and electrical equipment, government data showed on Monday, suggesting a slowdown in manufacturing as 2018 ended.Factory goods orders fell 0.6 percent, the Commerce Department said, after an unrevised 2.1 percent drop in OctoberEconomists polled by Reuters had forecast factory orders rising 0.2 percent in November. The release of the report was delayed by a re-cently ended five-week partial shutdown of the federal government.A survey from the Institute for Supply Management published last Friday suggested manufacturing activity picked up at the start of the year, driven by a sharp rebound in orders in January. But some manufacturers continued to complain that tariffs on steel imports were pushing up prices of raw materials.In November orders for machinery tumbled 1.7 percent after gaining 0.2 percent in October. There were large declines in orders for industrial and metalworking machinery, as well as ventilation, heating, air‐conditioning and refrigeration equipment.Orders for electrical equipment, appliances and components dropped 1.1 percent after rising 1.0 percent in October. But orders for transportation equipment rebounded 3.0 percent after plunging 12.4 percent in October.Orders for civilian aircraft and parts rose 6.9 percent in November. Motor vehicles and parts orders edged up 0.1 percent.Nissan scraps plan to build new X-Trail model in BritainThe Commerce Department also said November orders for non-de-fense capital goods excluding aircraft, which are seen as a measure of business spending plans on equipment, dropped 0.6 percent as reported in December. Orders for these so-called core capital goods increased 0.5 percent in October.Shipments of core capital goods, which are used to calculate business equipment spending in the gross domestic product report, slipped 0.2 percent in November instead of the previously reported 0.1 percent dip.

tariffs on imported Canadian and Mexican aluminum and steel if they want to win approval of the trade deal in the U.S. Senate.Administration officials told Reuters previously that the auto tariff investigation was a tool to try to win trade concessions from the European Union and Japan. Trump has vowed not to impose new auto tariffs as long as progress is being made.

(Reuters) - Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc topped Wall Street estimates for quarterly earnings as it lured diners with aggressive marketing and online orders spiked, sending its shares up 10 percent in after-hours trading on Wednesday.A marketing campaign aimed at reviving the Mexican-in-spired burrito chain’s image after a series of food-safety lapses in 2015 is helping the company win customers back.The campaign, called “For Real,” was run both on social media and at restaurants, highlighting the fresh ingre-dients in Chipotle tacos and burritos that “everyone can both recognize and pronounce.”Chipotle also announced that it would spend $100 million to buy back shares.Online orders surged as Chipotle teamed up with food de-livery services Doordash and Postmates, driving its “digital sales” up 65 percent in the final quarter of 2018. Therapy Gaining Popularity

What is Red Therapy Light?Red light therapy is also known as pho-tobiomodulation (PBM), low level light therapy (LLLT), biostimulation, photonic stimulation or light box therapy. Light af-fects many aspects of our biology. Certain wavelengths of red light increase mito-chondria function in the body. Studies have shown that different wave-lengths affect the body in different ways. The most effective wavelengths of red light seem to be in the ranges of 630-670 and 810-880.How Does Red Light Therapy Work?These specific wavelengths of red light create a biochemical affect in our cells that serves to increase mitochondrial function. This improves ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production in the body.Why is this important?ATP is the source of energy for every cell in the body. Without it, we don’t function at all. Without enough of it, we don’t func-tion well.It’s wavelengths range between 630-880nm and are used to treat the skin’s sur-face. Red therapy light penetrates about 8-10 millimeters into the skin. Depending on which area of the body the red light is used, this can easily affect all skin layers, reaching into blood vessels, lymph path-ways, nerves, and hair follicles.

Red Therapy Light vs. Sauna TherapyMany people wonder if RLT is similar to sauna therapy or the benefits of sunlight.All of these therapies are beneficial, but they are different and provide different re-sults. I’ve been a big fan of sauna use for years, but I’ve also added red light therapy to my daily practice for different reasons.The purpose of a sauna is to raise the

temperature of the body. This can be ac-complished through simple heat exposure by raising the temperature of the air, as is popular in Finland and other parts of Eu-rope. It can also be accomplished through infrared exposure. This heats the body from the inside out in a sense and is said to provide more beneficial effects in less time and at lower heat.Both sauna methods increase heart rate, perspiration, heat shock proteins and im-prove the body in other ways. Unlike red light therapy, infrared light from a sauna is invisible, and penetrates much deeper into the body with wavelengths at 700-1200 nanometers.Red therapy light or photobiomodulation is not designed to increase perspiration or improve cardiovascular function. It impacts cells on the cellular level and in-creases mitochondrial function and ATP production. It essentially “feeds” your cells to increase energy.Both have their uses, depending on the de-sired results.

Infrared light sauna

The History of Red Therapy Light UseRed light therapy has been around the block. In 1903 physician Niels Ryberg Finsen won the Nobel Prize in Medicine for his successful treatment of smallpox and lupus with red light. Russia uses low level laser therapy in their standard med-ical care (and they have since the 1970s). The Russians also published hundreds of studies over the decades on the benefits of red therapy light. Unfortunately, very few of these studies have been translated into English.Red light therapy has largely been ignored by the US and western Europe until re-cently. However it’s been used in a clinical setting since the 1980s in Japan, China,

Canada, Northern Ireland, Vietnam, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.The Benefits of Red Therapy LightEven though the western world is behind the times with red therapy light, strong evidence supports its health benefits. It is FDA approved for chronic joint pain, slow to heal wounds, wrinkles, hair loss and acne. Many others have used it suc-cessfully for other issues, like psoriasis, improved circulation and better immune function.Here’s a partial list of the evidence based uses of red therapy light:• It helps rejuvenate facial skin and smooths skin tone.• Red light builds collagen in the skin to reduce wrinkles.• It helps to repair sun damage.• Red light activates the lymphatic system for potentially improved detoxification.• Decreases inflammation in the skin.• Helps fade scars and stretch marks.• Improves hair growth to reverse balding.• Stimulates slow healing wounds.• Can prevent recurring cold sores, or her-pes simplex.• Helpful in the short term for carpal tun-nel syndrome.• Beneficial for skin to reduce eczema, ro-sacea and acne.1. Better Circulation and Collagen Pro-ductionWhen the light penetrates through the epi-dermal and dermal skin layers, it increases circulation to help form new capillaries. It also increases collagen production and fibroblasts. Red therapy light improves collagen levels naturally by triggering the body to produce more of its own. Since collagen comprises about 70% of the pro-tein in our skin, it’s a big deal!

it great for arthritis sufferers. It can be helpful for those with a variety of pain-ful musculoskeletal issues. The increased

circulation and anti-inflammatory effects that red therapy light provides also help reduce pain and heal the body.2. Wound Healing with Red Light TherapyFibroblasts in our skin synthesize colla-gen, maintain connective tissue and are integral to wound healing. Red therapy light stimulates fibroblasts to do their job, and increases circulation for faster wound repair time. People have also used this therapy for burns, amputation injuries, skin grafts and infected wounds. It’s been successfully used for skin damage caused by cancer treatments, including those in the mouth and mucus membranes.In a 2014 study, researchers found that red light therapy significantly improved coli-tis symptoms in mice. The light therapy aided in their mucosal healing. Dentists have also successfully used red therapy lights to heal sores and abrasions in the mucus membranes of the mouth. It’s also been found to prevent recurring cold sores that occur along the mouth.3. A Remedy for Hair Loss

A 24-week study demonstrated that red therapy light significantly improved hair density and hair thickness without any se-rious reactions. Participants wore a helmet that emitted red therapy light to achieve this effect.4. Recover Faster from Injury and Ill-nessRed light therapy increases circulation and ATP production throughout the body which may help speed healing during times of illness. It also stimulates lymph system activity and phagocytosis, the pro-cess of cells cleaning house.Although red therapy light helps to modu-late the immune system, a 2006 study with mice found that over treatment actually re-sulted in immune suppression. Since not a

lot of research has been done in this area, it’s unclear just how beneficial it is for the immune system.5. Help for the ThyroidThere are several compelling studies that look at the benefits of red light and near in-frared therapy for thyroid health.One randomized, placebo-controlled clini-cal study from 2013 looked at the benefits of light therapy on chronic autoimmune thyroiditis. This study showed an overall improvement in thyroid health from near infrared and light therapy. Many partici-pants were able to reduce or eliminate their thyroid medication. In fact, a startling 47 percent of the participants no longer need-ed medication during the entire nine-month follow-up after the light therapy treatment. This is shocking as most people are told that they will need thyroid medication for the rest of their lives.

When looking at Hashimoto’s (autoimmune thyroid problems) specifically, the study found a reduction in thyroid peroxidase (TPOAb) antibodies. These antibodies indi-cate the presence of an autoimmune thyroid condition.Other studies have shown:• a 2010 study from Russia found that red light therapy helped 38% of participants reduce thyroid medication dosage (17% stopped medication completely)• A 2003 study on postsurgical thyroid pa-tients found that red light therapy reduced the need for medication by up to 75%6. A Promising Therapy for PsoriasisA small scale study published in the jour-nal of Photomedicine and Laser Surgery found benefits for psoriasis sufferers. Skin plaques improved by 60-100% when treat-ed with both red therapy light and infrared light, like that used in a sauna. The infrared light helped to calm inflammation, while the shorter red wavelengths helped heal the skins surface.7. Help for Acne, Rosacea and EczemaThe collagen and ATP stimulating benefits of red light therapy make it a promising solution for skin problems like acne, rosa-cea and eczema. Aly Song, ReutersSAN FRANCISCO - Elon Musk announced Thursday he had released all of the electric carmaker Tesla’s patents, as part of an effort to fight climate change.In a blog post, the colorful billionaire found-er of Tesla promised the company “will not initiate patent lawsuits against anyone who, in good faith, wants to use our technology.”It was a remarkable move in an industry where the smallest idea or seed of invention is carefully guarded to protect its monetary value. And it in fact came on the same day US prosecutors charged a Chinese national with stealing secrets from Apple’s self-driving vehicle project.“Tesla Motors was created to accelerate the advent of sustainable transport,” Musk said. “If we clear a path to the creation of compel-ling electric vehicles, but then lay intellec-tual property landmines behind us to inhibit others, we are acting in a manner contrary to that goal.”In fact Musk said he was now skeptical of patents which too often only served “to stifle progress” and helped enrich giant corpora-tions and lawyers rather than inventors.

He said he had earlier felt compelled to file patents for Tesla to pre-vent big car companies from copying the tech-nology and using the

huge marketing and sales apparatus to take over the market.“We couldn’t have been more wrong. The unfortunate reality is the opposite,” he said, noting that electric or clean-fuel cars “at the major manufacturers are small to non-exis-tent.”But with car production continuing at 100 million a year “it is impossible for Tesla to build electric cars fast enough to address the carbon crisis,” Musk said.Have other companies making electric cars and the world would benefit from rapid ad-vances in technology.“We believe that applying the open-source philosophy to our patents will strengthen rather than diminish Tesla’s position,” and ability to attract talented engineers, he said.Shares of Tesla declined again Thursday after dropping Wednesday following mixed results for 2018. Tesla now plans to increase production of the Model 3 and also plan the launch of three new product lines in 2019. However there are serious contenders. Automaker like Zotye and Acura are plugging into elec-tric vehicles, with industry analysts expect-ing to see nearly a dozen new all-electric vehicles in U.S. showrooms by the end of 2019, with dozens more coming to market in 2020. Jaguar, Mercedes and Volkswagen are working on cars that can give Tesla a real run for their money.But for Musk, market share is secondary. He wants the world to use his technology and build solutions that can save the planet. To know more one must go back to the blog he put out in 2014, where he said:“Yesterday, there was a wall of Tesla patents in the lobby of our Palo Alto headquarters. That is no longer the case. They have been removed, in the spirit of the open source movement, for the advancement of electric vehicle technology.”His blog post also said, “Tesla Motors was created to accelerate the advent of sustain-able transport. 和工作3年后，将可选择申请永久居留

权。

据悉，开放的职业包括：会计、会

计文员、飞行员、老年或残疾照顾者、

农业和园艺运营商、空调制冷技工、飞

机维修工程师(航空电子)、飞机维修工

程师(机械)、水产养殖农民、树艺师、汽

车电工、酒吧服务员主管、咖啡师、美容

治疗师、公共汽车司机、屠夫、小商品制

造者、家具工、咖啡厅、餐厅经理、烘焙

师、厨师、公司首席执行官或常务董事、

幼儿中心经理、儿童保健工作者、土木工

程技术人员、社区工作者、会议和活动

组织者和牙科助理等职位。

新DAMA解决更多劳动力短缺问题

对此，澳大利亚移民部长科尔曼

(David Coleman)表示，北领地地区将看

到DAMA计划为应对其劳动力短缺问题

所带来的好处。

北领地参议院斯卡利恩(Nigel Scul-

lion)也称，北领地迫切需要各行各业的

更多的工人，DAMA计划将帮助那些当

地难以找到合适的技术工人的企业。

DAMA已成功促进就业发展

与此同时，北领地就业培训厅厅长

乌伊博(Selena Uibo)表示，第一份DAMA

当地时间1月24日，加拿大联邦移

民部长胡森颁布一项新的移民政策，鼓

励新移民前往北部和乡村地区安家。新

的《乡村及北部地区移民试点》计划

(RNIP)，规划在未来五年内，与部分省

及地区政府合作，帮助他们为新移民安

家提供支持，鼓励新移民到“小小区”

，繁荣当地经济，创造更多的中产就业

机会。

此前，加拿大联邦移民部已经开始

了《大西洋省份移民计划》，受到当地

省份和小区的欢迎，在2018年，吸收了

2500名符合当地劳动力市场的人才。

此次进一步扩展试点，在《大西洋

省份移民计划》的成功基础上，向有兴

趣的安大略省、西部省份及各个特区招

标。按照新的计划规定，所谓的“小小

区”需要为在大都市75公里以外、具有

5万人口以下的市镇，或者是远离大城

市、人口不超过20万的地区，并具有就

业机会及经济发展规划，并与当地的经

济发展机构合作。

符合参与资格的小区，还需要具备

帮助新移民定居的一些基本条件，比如

与移民服务机构有关联、有能力帮助新

来者与当地已经定居人士建立联系，并

能提供教育、住房、交通和医疗等关键

服务。

加拿大联邦政府希望开创一种以

“小小区”的经济需求为驱动力的移民

方式。根据“小小区”的特殊劳动力市

场需求，吸收当地需要的人才。这样的

一个新的移民计划案，为有专才的移民

，提供了新的途径。

据移民部长胡森介绍，按照现有的

联邦经济移民计划，大约78%的新移民

抵加之后，定居在多伦多、满地可和温

哥华等大城市。

但另一方面，加拿大的北部和乡村

地区，有很多地方已经出现严重的劳动

力短缺，地方当局长期盼望有新的移民

前往，振兴本地经济。很多北部的领导

人都意识到，移民是解决当地经济问题

的关键，而不是障碍。

据数据显示，从2019年到2035年，

25%的加拿大人口将面临退休。当前，

西兰更安全。

新移民对歧视感受更深

“那些在这里生活不到五年的新

移民不太可能觉得自己像那些长期移

民或者在新西兰出生的人一样，能够

很容易地在这里生活，”劳动力市场

和家庭统计高级经理Jason Attewell说

。

根据2016年的综合社会调查(GSS)

，约26%的新移民表示他们在过去12

个月内感受过歧视，而长期移民和在

新西兰出生的移民有同样感受的比例

则约为16%。

平均而言，新移民认为他们对大

多数新西兰人的信任度为7.5(0-10等级

，0为“完全不信任”)。相比之下，

长期移民的评分为7.2，在新西兰出生

的人评分为6.7。

GSS是新西兰社会福祉的官方衡

量标准，该调查会询问8000人有关他

们对新西兰生活的看法。在2016年的

GSS中，新西兰居民人口中有30%是移

民，其余则是在该国出生的本地人。

新西兰总人口的5%是新移民。

与其他群体相比新移民认为新西兰更

安全

黑后搭乘公共交通或独自行走非常安

全。就夜间使用公共交通而言，57%的

女性新移民感到安全或非常安全，然

而只有30%的在新西兰出生的女性同

意此观点。

与在新西兰出生的人相比，新移

民群体中男女性在安全感方面的差异

也较小。

人们居住的社区类型与他们的安

全感有很强的联系。居住在较贫困地

区的移民感受到的安全性较低，有

32%的新移民生活在新西兰最贫困的地

方。相比之下，居住在这些地区的长

期移民只有27%，在新西兰出生的只

有29%。

新移民眼中的新西兰歧视多，但很安全

众号报道，意大利议会在2019年元旦

之前通过批准了新的预算法案。其中

称“国民补贴”)预计将可从2019年 4

月开始申请，并且该福利惠及到居住

在意大利的外国移民。每月的津贴最

高可达780欧元。

据报道，当地时间2018年 12月 30

日，意大利众议院投票批准了此前已

在参议院通过的2019年预算法案。除

了 将 原 定 的 2.4% 的 赤 字 率 降 低 至

2.04%外，备受关注的“全民基本收

入”也有了定论。报道称，该项福利

措施依然惠及到居住在意大利的外国

人。也就是说，外国移民也可以领取

该项补贴。

欧盟法院认为，社会福利的发放

范围应包括拥有长期居留的外国人。

根据意大利和欧洲的各项法律及公约

，外国公民不能被排除在社会福利之

外。而且意大利宪法法院也一再表示

，社会福利必须人人平等，不管是意

大利人还是外国人。

报道称，意大利大约有 180 万个

家庭生活在贫困线下。根据法案，预

计约有 130 万个家庭将可获得“全民

基本收入”福利，包括20万外国移民

家庭。法案规定，在意大利至少居住

满 5年，并且持有长期居留的外国人

，同样可以申请获得该福利，每月的

津贴最高可达 780欧元。(例如，每月

收入 500 欧元的申请者将有权获得每

月280欧元的补助。)

该福利政策此前一直是各方关注

的焦点。此前意大利副总理迪马约曾

宣布：在意大利生活10年以上的外国

居民，也有权利享受“全民基本收入

”补贴。而根据此次最新通过的法案

规定，外国人只需要居住满5年(并满

足以下申请人必须具备的所有条件

2-4条)即可。

根据意大利国家统计局此前的研

究数据，意大利共有大约 500 万人处

于绝对贫困状态。其中外国人有 150

万，占总数的31.8%。

2.家庭综合年收入 ISEE 低于 9360

欧元+家庭年收入低于12600欧元

家庭综合年收入 ISEE(核心家庭经

济收入状况的评估，根据家庭年收入

和家庭财产情况，比如固定资产和不

固定资产，以及租房和贷款情况来进

行评估)在9360欧元以内。

另外，申请人还必须满足家庭年

收入不高于 12600 欧元(如果是单人家

庭，不得超过6000欧元)的要求。

3.不动产价值不超过 3 万欧、存

款不超过6000欧元以及其他条件

据报道，申请人还需具备其不动

产价值不超过 3万欧元的条件。银行

存款等不超过 6000 欧元，如果是 3人

家庭，存款不超过1万欧元。

申请人在申请前 6 个月内没有注

册购买大排量汽车(1.6L以上)或 250排

量以上的摩托车。

4.申请家庭必须遵守相关协议及

使用“全民基本收入”的相关义务

申请领取“全民基本收入”需要

在相关就业中心登记，并提供书面证

明。申请者必须参加培训课程，并为

所在城市的市政府每周免费工作 8小

时，而且不得无故拒绝就业中心提供

的工作超过 3次。这笔补贴的每一笔

消费都将受到监控，这些数据将越过

银行直接进入到政府的数据库中。

“全民基本收入”的使用范围将

有非常严格的要求，只能用于最基本

的消费需求，比如购买食品、衣服或

者支付房租，“不能用于买烟，不能

用来进行网上购物，更不能买彩票，

甚至可能连餐厅消费也不行。”

何时开始提交申请？最多能领几

个月？

据报道，“全民基本收入”将从

2019 年 4 月开始实施，并在申请后的

一个月发放。最长期限为“连续不超

过18个月”，并且在到期一个月后可

接着再续18个月。

报道称，意大利政府将于 2019 年

1 月设立一个“国民补贴”官方网站

。届时，将会在该网站上找到申请相

关的表格。

很多朋友为春节去哪儿玩发愁，其

实，春节游北京是个很不错的选择。相

对于平时京城的喧闹和拥挤，春节期间

更多的是浓浓的年味儿。特别是今年有

两个地方很是值得期待：一是故宫举办

“紫禁城里过大年”活动，这座历经六

百年的宫殿，终于恢复了昔日皇宫过年

的装扮；另一件事就是中国国家博物馆

举办“伟大的变革”庆祝改革开放40

周年展览。

为了给大家提供详尽的旅行攻略做

参考，在年终岁尾我特意自驾北京亲自

体验，走了许多景点，整理出了三日攻

略给你们，一定要看哦！

第一日：天安门广场、中国国家博

物馆、故宫博物院、雍和宫、王府井全

聚德

1、天安门广场看升旗

天安门的升旗仪式，让每一个中国

人热血沸腾。看着庄严的五星红旗冉冉

升起，自豪感油然而生，春节期间看升

旗更是意义非凡。天安门升旗仪式每天

的时间不同，可以根据当地报纸和网上

搜索，早上一般比升旗时间提前40分

钟开放，游客可在升旗前一小时到广场

附近等候。因为有多重安检，所以你一

定要带上身份证，同时不必要的东西尽

量少带，以便快速通过安检区域。

2、紫禁城里过大年

故宫近年来热点不断，从综艺《上

新了· 故宫》、纪录片《我在故宫修文

物》、文创周边，再到围绕《千里江山

图》开发的手游《绘真· 妙笔千山》，

故宫从厚重的历史文化摇身一变，变得

鲜活、触手可及。

今年，故宫博物院推出己亥春节大

展“贺岁迎祥——紫禁城里过大年”。

为了还原、营造宫廷年节场景，同期展

出了破纪录的 885 件（套）文物，还

复原了高数米的“天灯”“万寿灯”，

重要宫门也贴上了“门神”。

在展览形式方面，引入了互动沉浸

内容，以故宫藏品为原型，结合数字投

现场我了解到，许多很久都不来故

宫的老北京都来逛故宫了，就为了看一

3、王府井购物，全聚德吃烤鸭

王府井步行街算是北京的老购物街

了，这里的百货大楼、apm、王府中環

、东方广场。。。。。。现在已经装点

成了节日的样子，处处张灯结彩，喜气

洋洋，年味十足。在这里不妨逛逛商场

，买点稻香村的伴手礼，然后去全聚德

吃一只正宗的北京烤鸭，这一天的行程

就算圆满了！

第二日：鸟巢、水关长城、柳沟农

家乐、京石龙滑雪场、前门都一处

1、鸟巢追忆奥林匹克激情

这里曾经惊艳了世界，2008奥运会

被赞誉为“无与伦比”，鸟巢和水立方

是这里最具代表性的建筑，如今鸟巢里

面已经变成了一片冰雪的海洋。以“雪

”为特色，鸟巢欢乐冰雪季今年全新升

级，共有25项雪上运动及健身娱乐项

目。15岁以下青少年可以免票入场。而

在在水立方外围的空地上，一块1800余

平方米的标准冰球场和800余平方米的

娱乐冰场已经基本完工，迎来不少尝鲜

戏冰的游客。

2、水关挑战最陡长城

延庆水关长城是明长城跨越山沟的

一段，一座关城将长城分成两段，东侧

颇为陡峭，坡度接近90度，许多人上

下都比较缓慢，小心翼翼的爬上爬下。

水关长城并不著名，景色在众多的长城

景区中也算是比较一般。不过这里游人

很少，登长城十分清静，少了人山人海

的场面也很适合拍摄照片。

除了攀登长城外，山下有一处詹天

佑故居，当年詹天佑修建铁路时便住宿

在这里。目前故居内有一些简单的照片

和文物展示，可以前去观看。

3、都一处吃顿百年烧卖

在前门大街“都一处”烧麦馆每天

宾客满座，这家店创业于乾隆三年，距

今已经有280年的历史了，可谓真正的

北京老字号。“都一处”的历史富有传

奇，它起初叫“醉葫芦”，就开在前门

大街上，从一个小地摊经营到了一间门

面的小楼。又一年乾隆爷微服私访深夜

回京，到酒铺用餐，因除夕京城仅此一

家还未关门，服务好博得龙颜大悦，于

是赐名“都一处”，并送虎头匾一块，

此后生意颇为兴隆。生意也从经营烧饼

、炸豆腐、烧酒，扩展到了烧卖等。

如今的“都一处”共有三个大厅，

一个外宾餐厅，一楼以普通烧卖为主，

二三楼经营中高档烧卖和山东风味的炒

菜。 都一处不仅烧卖用料精细、做工

精湛，鲜香爽口、醇面不腻，服务也更

是贴心。我们用餐时遇到一位东北大姐

，嘘寒问暖，唠家常，特别亲近，没把

你当客人，就跟家人聊天一样。这是我

在京城吃到的最暖心的晚餐了。

4、前门大街遛个弯儿

在前门大街逛个夜市，体验一下北

京的步行街。这座兴盛于明清的商业街

，在历史的长河中这里造就了许多中华

老字号，如六必居酱园、同仁堂药店、

瑞蚨祥绸布店、长春堂药店、内联升鞋

店、张一元茶庄，还有月盛斋的酱肉店

、都一处的烧卖店等。

如今重新改造后的前门大街，虽然

已不是原味，但对于外地人来说，这里

依然是广受欢迎的北京打卡地之一。毕

竟在这里还有许多北京老字号，还有可

以体验的北京现代风情。

第三日：北京名吃白老魁、南锣鼓

巷、什刹海溜冰场、老胡同、地安门东

来顺

1、白老魁体验北京早餐

位于宽街十字路口的白魁老号饭庄

是一家老字号，被誉为老北京人的早餐

厅。宽大的餐厅里每天早上都会坐满客

人，这里经营的早餐品种很多，什么肉

龙、牛肉疙瘩、咸酥、门钉肉饼，好多

都是第一次听过。豆汁以前喝过，不对

口，干脆来一碗面茶解馋，面茶碗很大

，上面搁的麻将特别香，和着糊糊热腾

腾的喝下去别提多舒服了。门钉肉饼的

馅儿特别香，汁儿多，而且紧实，皮又

烙的到位，很好吃。肉龙一个人吃我觉

得有点多了，有点浪费。豌豆黄和小豆

凉糕很细腻而且豆香味儿十足，不是太

甜，分量也实惠。

2、南锣鼓巷扫街拍照

北京南锣鼓巷算是现在北京最著名

的特色街区了， 还被一向口味挑剔的

美国《时代》周刊，评为亚洲25处你

不得不去的好玩儿的地儿之一。虽然我

觉得“全国上下就一条步行街”，哪个

城市都一样，都经过了现代化的改造升

级，老味道缺失了，不过作为年轻人休

闲游玩的地方，还是值得推荐的。

现在南锣鼓巷越来越时尚，有许多

趣味盎然的各色时尚小店，构成了南锣

鼓巷独特的魅力与风情。这里已经逐渐

取代三里屯和后海，成为北京新的时尚

地标。

这里也成为时尚杂志和影视剧拍摄

的取景地，许多外地游客也将南锣鼓巷

列为了北京必游地之一，你可以在这里

逛街、淘宝、品美食，也可以找一间咖

啡馆，安静的待一下午，享受一下北京

的悠闲时光。

3、什刹海溜冰场撒欢

什刹海溜冰是北京人的传统游乐项

目，进入冬季湖面结冰后，许多市民和

游客就会来这里溜冰，各式各样的溜冰

工具供你选择，有溜冰板凳、溜冰自行

车等工具，老人小孩都玩的不亦乐乎。

因为2022年冬奥会的到来这里已经

打造成了冬季全民运动场所，游乐项目

更丰富了，许多老外也扎堆来这里游玩

，如果春节来北京，什刹海绝对是不得

4、烤肉季品味非遗美食

品味老北京的文化，除了观赏古迹

之外，还可以从味觉的深层次体会。在

什刹海溜冰结束，可以来附近的烤肉季

享受美餐，这里被誉为北京菜当中最具

代表特色的中华老字号，凭借160余年

经久不衰的魅力，吸引着中外宾朋络绎

不绝的汇聚于此，在这个现代与传统交

汇的地带，一盘盘美味的烤肉向人们传

播着一个不一样的北京。

在烤肉季旁边有一座五百多年历史

的石拱桥，因似银元取名银锭桥，别看

桥小，它却有三绝，首绝是站在桥上望

西山，二绝是站在桥上雅赏满塘荷花，

三绝就是在烤肉季品尝烤肉了。

烤肉原本不是北京的地方菜，只是

清朝满人有吃烤肉的嗜好，所以带动了

烤肉的兴盛。由于季家的烤肉薄厚均匀

，入口不膻不腻，渐渐远近文明。据说

曾有人模仿烤肉季的做法，即便是同样

的配料，做出来也不是那个味儿。因为

拥有百年历史的烤肉季的基础原料除了

专供外，还要经过烤肉季传人的二次秘

制，所以一直被模仿，从未被超越，如

今烤肉季还是国家级非物质文化遗产。

5、坐着人力车游胡同

在什刹海一定要坐人力三轮车游一

下胡同，现在的人力三轮车都很规范，

车夫们讲起什刹海的历史文化头头是道

，相当专业，被称为“胡同导”。可以

游览的景点主要有恭王府及花园、宋庆

龄故居、郭沫若纪念馆、钟鼓楼、德胜

门箭楼、广化寺、汇通祠、会贤堂等。

什刹海的“胡同游车夫”会载着你

钻过大大小小的胡同，一一到达他介绍

过的景点，并且承诺，如果你想进去游

览，他会在门口守候。这种形式，颇受

外国游客欢迎，因为他们很怕迷失在胡

同里。据“胡同游车夫”介绍，老胡同

就像个迷宫，尤其是在什刹海。所以，

往那些飞奔的三轮车里望去，还是外国

游客居多。

根据游览路线、时间以及人数都有

相应的价额标准，有40分钟的环湖游

；60分钟的胡同四合院游览；90分钟深

入老北京以及150分钟追寻老北京脚步

的健康 情況，以確診有沒有先天或遺傳性 毛病

（ 如深度近視、斜視等）；若 有毛病則可早作治

療，以防止演變成 弱視。對於稍大的兒童，家長

也需留意日常生活的安排， 避免放學後一直坐在

電腦或電視機前，造成近視或令近 視迅速加深。

陳醫師呼籲家長安排戶外運動，多接觸神 所創造
