We're thrilled to be able to share highlights of our collective progress so far.

Insights from our members inform Civicarsquos drug selection andmanufacturing strategies based on shortage trends hospital experiencesand requirements
The Drug Selection Advisory Committee (DSAC) develops Civicarsquosprioritized drug lists during formal workshops at representative healthsystem locations So far Tier 1 and Tier 2 drug lists have formed thefoundation of the 20192020 Civica portfolioThe Medical Trends Advisory Committee (MTAC) weighs in on druglists and provides insights on trends in drugs dosage and devicedevelopments Specifically MTAC weighs in on clinical utilization anddecision-making criteria that would impact the drugs selected andtheir prioritization for manufacturing MTAC also weighs in on thefuture state of drugs coming off of patent which may change currentutilization patterns of generic medications within the healthcaresetting
Health System Operations Leads from all member organizationsweigh in on Civica plans and processes and provide insights into theengagement with potential supplier partners and the most effectiveways to operationalize using Civica products within hospitals andhealth systems

Civica is pursuing a three-pronged product supply strategy to stabilize thesupply of antibiotics anesthetic agents cardiac medications painmanagement medications and other essential sterile injectable medicinesused in hospitals daily
The strategy includes
Working with multiple generic drug manufacturers that have theUS FDA approved manufacturing facilities and capacity to produceCivica labeled generic drugs allowing manufacturers to re-enter themarket or increase existing capacity Civica recently announced itsfirst partnerships and more partnering agreements have been signedand will be announced shortlyDeveloping Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs) forgeneric drugs and working with contract manufacturing organizations(CMOs) to produce Civica medicationsAcquiring and building Civica manufacturing facilities usingCivicas ANDAs
First Deliveries Coming SoonWe have produced packaged and labeled our first batches of Vancomycinin partnership with Xellia and are now building inventory at our 3PLwarehouse We are working through planned supply chain logistics andexpect to have all systems in place for first ldquopilotrdquo deliveries of Vancomycin
1 gram to hospitals by the end of Septemberearly October with others tofollow shortly thereafter View Packaging Video
