Thank you Jeannie for recreating our cherished childhood memories! It doesn’t matter what age you are because the music of the local ice cream truck is one that you will never forget. It didn’t take long for the word to get around the Majestic Rim community as residents and staff came with change from their pockets. Crowds formed around the window and they pondered what ice cream treat was calling their name. Many commented how they missed the excitement and thrill of ice cream on a hot summer day. Several found a bench in the shade to relax and enjoy the good treats, friendly neighbors and fond memories. Of course, we welcome friends, family, neighbors and community members to join us on the first Friday of each month. Mark your calendar for September 2nd at 3:30 p.m.
Happy days,
From all of us at Majestic Rim
Guided by goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun
That Majestic Rim residents garden at the Payson Community Garden? With the help of wonderful staff, the garden is nurtured and maintained throughout the summer months. If you would like to see how our garden grows, call Jeannie Price-White at 928.474.3912 for a complimentary tour. We love to share the fruits (actually vegetables) of our labor, and boy, do they taste wonderful.
Happy Gardening!

Recently the Democratic Club of Northern Gila County came to Majestic Rim for the perfect location to host a “Meet & Greet” event for Arizona Democratic candidates which included Ann Kirkpatrick running for U.S. Senate. The committee members worked diligently to create a welcoming and open environment where local residents could meet and discuss issues important to Arizona.
“Our Kirkpatrick dinner was a smashing success, thanks in large part by the expert planning and help. I’ve received so many messages about how good the food was, how smoothly the event went, the beautiful Majestic Rim…on and on. We had a very good turnout,” shared Diane Green, committee chair.
Ann Kirkpatrick shared her story, goals and aspirations with
attendees. Photo: Barbara Tejak enjoys dinner with Kirkpatrick.

being as the media reported on the mornings events. It is difficult for many to share their story and find peace, but it is their resilience that they find hope. Fifteen years later, I still get that lump in my throat, tears in my eyes and vivid images in my mind of the disaster that filled the streets of New York City. I passed many memorials lining the streets with flowers, pictures, notes and prayers from the loved ones left in sorrow. This historical reflection is not one of despair but an opportunity to bond together with love, encourage change and build a community of understanding. Please take a moment this month to lift our country up in prayer for resolve and foresight to uphold our beliefs and love of country. Personal reflection by Cristine Royer
