MOM For TRS VSM PROJECT-2 (1/7/2013) &(4/7/2013)

Team member attendence:- on 1/7/2013 : Mr. Manoj (On Leave)

Today's team discussion :-( Following are the combined discussion point of two days)

1. Four report :- Line-5 Operation wise WIP :- WIP @ line reduced to 600pc.

A/c to report at Front & Back we have 60% inventory of Total WIP. Attendence report :-less than 1% M/C Breakdown summery report :- Total B/D 65 min and

yesturday B/D on 10 m/cs Quality report :- not

discuss

2. Cutting feeding plan :- Discuss with Mahadev, By 2/7/2013he will be feed"200pc before 10:30am" and "200pc Between 2:00 to3:00".

3. Machine and Trolly:- We have only 200 trolly in line-5, trying to arrange 100 more as soon as

possible. SINGLE PC MOVEMENT by Brain-

storming :- Team member : 15 member (Operator & lineQC). BRAINSTORMING ON 5/7/2013 @ 11:00 TO 12:00 IN HR AUDITORIAM Meeting time :- New meeting time: 3:00 to 4:00 ( TUESDAY,THRUSDAY & SATURDAY)

1. Project Time line :- Time line will be decided after completion ofBrain-storming.

2. Four report :- Line-5 Operation wise WIP :- WIP @ line

from each section one-one member.

Today team discuss on Topic :-

Operation Breakdown and Layout :-1. M/c's layout change (Added 5 m/c in line before Auto-serging)2. Manpower : Plan to set 7 operator a/c to change (dont have any operator

requirement)3. Shortage of Team leader : Team has decided to give a chance to

KANTHAMMA(5259) for Assembly-14. Trolly or Hangers : We have decided to maintain 300 trolly from loading table to

end operation and also make a mark on that with some spacial colour.

All team member will be meet in line @ 12:00 to 1:00 (Daily) During project period, Vasant will be the maintanace member for Line-5
