3Importance-Performance Analysis Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was introduced by Martilla

and James (1977) Initially was to measure satisfaction level in maketing Applied for e-Government (Wong, Hideki, George, 2011), higher

education service quality (Silva and Fernandez, 2006), health care service (Lopes, 2012), service quality of administration in private universities (Kitcharoen: 2004), the performance of organisation or public policy (Kitcharoen, 2004), tourism accomodations (Aminian, 2006), and tour guide evaluation (Zhang and Chow, 2004)

IPA was widely applied in any kind of management issues Also for leasure issue (Chu amd Choi, 1999) and historical building

(Aksah et.all, 2015)

8 Combination of quantitative and qual itative research Applied IPA of 10 attributes 14 persons were selected as assessors: 3 staffs of

Tourism Agency, 4 academician, 3 local goverment staffs, 2 citizens, 2 travel bereau staffs

Questionnaires and pictures as instriments Cruising and stop at the Akkarena, Losari, and paotere Using Likert scale: 1 to 5 Processed by SPSS resulted Cartesian graph: 4 quadrants Importance as X; performance as Y

This research was focused on 10 attributes. Future research should be suggested to focus on

infrastructure of cruise tour, more participants, more detail

It was a preliminary planning. Should be continued with comprehensive planning
