I agree with what Aesop says. We should never judge people

by their appearance, otherwise we may easily be cheated.

Nowadays, many unemployed people dress up to be

university students, journalists, or even government officials,

to cheat people out of their money, so we have to be very

careful.

Actually, even at a job interview, it is very important to dress

properly. The employer may attach more importance to one’s

qualities, such as sincerity, creativity and communication skills

than to one’s appearance.

Clothes make the man. Although we are often told not to “judge a book by its cover”, or a man’s intelligence and abilities by his looks, the truth is that a person’s appearance does say plenty about him. It tells us a lot about his personality, his education, his judgment, and even the opinion he hold of himself.

So in my opinion ， Aristotle was right in saying “Personal beauty is greater recommendation than any letter of introduction.” But I also think that personal beauty is not just a matter of good looks or well chosen clothes; gestures, voice, the way one moves and talks are just as important because they reveal one’ s character, too.

I think it is necessary for students to wear school uniforms. It makes everyone feel the same. Thus, it equalizes everyone. Students won’t think too much about their different family backgrounds.

Parents do not have to prepare clothes for students since the school provides them with uniforms. Then students don’t have to spend money on luxurious brands.

If everyone wears school uniforms, there is no need for them to follow the fashion. Therefore, students will concentrate on their study.

I don’t think students should wear school uniforms. Everybody is unique. Each person may have his/her own tastes. It is impossible for everyone to appreciate the same kind of clothes.

Students need to have their own opinions even from early school age. After all, they have to face their own situation when they grow up.

By choosing from different clothes, they will learn to make their own decision in life.

Good looking people are tend to be more confident and optimistic, and they are easier to be accepted when communicating with others.

4. Fashionable people are usually popular with others and they can be accepted more easily.

I think men care about their appearance as much as women do. Actually nowadays everyone wants to be considered attractive. Men and women spend a great deal of money every year to improve their appearance by dyeing their hair, changing hair style and do skin care. They go on diets and go to health clubs in order to look more desirable. Obviously, the old saying, “Vanity, the name is woman” is no longer correct.
