Protects your mobile devices with easy-to-use Web-based service

Remote web management-Anti theft features can be managed by a User-friendly and easy-to-use web control panel that gives the ability to quickly and easily manage their mobile remotely.

Access Anywhere - Works securely from any Web browser, so you can easily protect and track your Internet-connected devices(Best work with 3G or 4G).

Remote SMS management-Anti-theft features can be managed by SMS with keywords. Device Information-Track all the information about your mobile in centralised web

control panel.

Helps recover your lost or stolen device

Remote Locate - Instantly tracks and maps the location of your devices with GPS or tower location. Works on Android smart phones and tablets. Tracks and reports the approximate location of your devices in real time. Maps the location of your device on the Knightfox Anti-Theft site: www.knightfox.co

Take a “Mugshot “of the person who has your missing device -In “Theft mode”, snaps photos of anyone in front of your device and saves the images to the Knightfox Anti-Theft site: www.knightfox.co (front cam-enabled devices only).Snaps photos every instance the culprit touches the screen once it is reported missing.

Remote screen Message - Displays a customisable message to anyone who finds your missing device, so you can make arrangements to get it back.

Remote theft alarm, Ring, Speech- Surprise any thieves or strangers by sounding emergency Alarm or customized Voice text on your lost phone from web Control panel even when the phone is in Silent mode.

Incoming call auto answer - You can listen to surrounding sounds and communication near the lost device by auto answering the call from a specific number.

Remote outbound call generation- You can listen to surrounding sounds and communication near the lost device by generating outbound calls from the stolen or lost mobile.

SIM change alert & Auto lock- Instantly tracks a SIM change in lost mobile and locks the mobile when a SIM change is detected.

Nearby available Wi-Fi information- Get the information about the nearby Wi-Fi signals which will help you to track the location of mobile.

Incoming call & SMS Notification: All calls and SMS are tracked after theft mode is activated.

Stops access of your private information

Remote Lock- Securely locks your devices to prevent anyone from accessing your personal information (Both web and SMS).

Now You Need to fill Your Name, Email Id, Alternative Email Id, Address, Pin code, Gender, Security question and password of your choice.

Email Id which you provided will be your user id for your Knightfox account. So make sure you remember the user id and password. After verifying the information, please submit the data by clicking on the submit button. Now This new page will ask for the serial number, Please enter the serial number, along with the vendor shop serial number.

Congratulation, you have registered your account successfully.

Configuring Knightfox- HOME

Welcome to Knightfox Mobile security Application. Now we will Discuss how to configure your Knightfox, for making it "The Ultimate mobile security tool". We will be explaining the features and configurations. First we will set up our mobile phone. On your mobile phone, log in with your username and password. Once you log in, you will reach the home screen.

Here you will have four options- Configure, Help, Check for update and Roll back update. Help Tab- This feature will give you basic instruction how to configure your application in simple words. Check for Update Tab - This feature will check for the latest release of Knightfox. If there is an update, please download the update for the latest features and bug fixes. Rollback Update Tab - This feature is used to rollback your latest version of Knightfox to your previous version . If you are not happy with the latest release you can always use this feature to download and install the older version of Knightfox. It's the first time this feature is introduced in the application world. Configuration Tab - Will Provide you the features like Utility, Backup & Restore, Location, Remote Control, Antivirus, Rescue Me and Stealth mode.

Configuring Knightfox- Utility Tab

We will be explaining the features and configurations of Utility Tab. First we will set up our mobile phone. On home screen click on the configuration Tab. Now you will get a Sliding menu on the left.

Click on the Utility Tab, It will Take you to Utility features. We have four features under Utility Tab. Application lock, Activate incoming Call Auto answer, Activate speaker phone , generate outbound calls.

Application Lock : This feature gives the facility to lock the application for privacy.

First choose the application you wish to lock. click on the lock button to lock that

Application . Next time when you open that application , You will be prompted for

Password , enter the password and you are in.

To Unselect a listed application, click on the application you want to unlock, and click on the lock button . You have successfully unlisted the application from application lock.

Incoming call Auto Answer: This feature provides the feature to answer an incoming call automatically. Please enter a number on the space provided . click on the enter button. This feature is now activated . After activating this feature , all incoming calls from that specified number will be auto answered.

Activate speaker phone: This feature provides the facility to answer an incoming call on speaker phone . Please enter a number on the space provided and click on the enter button. This feature will be now activated , After activating this feature , All incoming calls from that specified number will be auto answered on speaker phone.

Generate outbound calls: This feature provides the facility to Generate outgoing call from this mobile phone, when phone is lost or stolen . Please enter a number on the space provided and click on the enter button. This feature will be now activated , After activating this feature , you will be able to generate outbound call to that number if the phone is lost or stolen . You can also use any other number by editing on web services or by sending an SMS with the new number.

Now you will reach the control panel. Click on the Telephony Tab on the Left panel. Now you can manage all the mobile utility features like Activate incoming Call Auto answer, Activate speaker phone, Generate outbound calls, remotely from this web control panel.

Configuring Knightfox-Location On home screen click on the configuration tab. Now you will get a Sliding menu on the left.

Click on the location Tab, It will Take you to location features. In this feature you will get your location information, including latitude, longitude and street address. Location is updated every 30 min to the web service by default. On a reported case of theft the location information will be updated every 5 min. You can change the frequency of update, by providing the update interval in the space provided. increasing the frequency of update may affect the performance of battery. You can see the location information remotely on website on case of theft or misplacing. For tracking. You need to Log in to website: www.knightfox.co

Now you will reach the control panel. Click on the location tab on the Left panel.

Your latest location reports will be seen there. Note: On a reported case of theft the location information will be updated every 5 min. Configuring Knightfox-Backup and Restore The backup and restore feature. This feature gives the facility to backup your Call logs, SMS, Contacts, photos, images and files. Get the Sliding menu on the left by swiping the finger to the right on screen .

Click on the backup and restore Tab, It will Take you to The backup and restore features. All Back up features are deactivated by default. Please activate each feature one by one. Activating all feature at a time may cause the system to be non responsive in budget devices . Contact, SMS and call logs are backed up to the web site . Images and files are backed up to cloud space "Dropbox" . So login to drop box to activate file back up by clicking on the drop box sync button. To see the backed up Call logs, SMS and Contacts, you need to Log into website: www.knightfox.co

Configuring Knightfox- Stealth Mode

We will be explaining the features and configurations of "stealth mode" Anti-theft App can be

hidden with stealth mode so that the App won’t be visible in UI. We will set up our mobile phone for stealth mode.

Click on the stealth mode Tab, it will give you a pop-up informing that your knightfox icon is going to invisible mode. This will make sure the knightfox icon is not visible on the home screen UI any more. To bring back the icon back on home screen UI you need to dial *#*#000#*#* Now you will have your knightfox Icon back on home screen.

Configuring Knightfox- Rescue ME For rescue me feature. Get the Sliding menu on the left by swiping the finger to the right on screen. Now click on rescue me feature from the Sliding menu.

It will give you option to add two emergency mobile numbers of your choice. By pressing

power button 5 times or more in 10 sec interval, your mobile phone will start sending alert

messages to the added contact numbers So your help won't be far in an emergency situation.

Note: To use this feature the phone should have enough balance or an SMS package to sent

SMS .

Click on antivirus feature from the Sliding menu. This feature is to Protects against digital

Remote Theft Alarm Speech

Announcing a customisable message on the lost device help in finding your missing device. You can remotely sent a voice message by logging into website: www.knightfox.co . You can Access web utility by visiting www.knightfox.co, In control panel click on Utility tab.

Here you can remotely start GPS , Wi-Fi and Face capture.

Remote GPS : We can remotely start GPS by clicking on the start GPS icon.

Remote Wi-Fi: We can remotely start Wi-Fi by clicking on the start Wi-Fi icon.

Remote Face Capture: We can remotely start face capture "Mugshot" by clicking on the face

capture icon. In this Page all the captured images will be uploaded. You can see all the captured

images in this page.

Factory Reset Prevention

Factory reset features is password protected so that Anti-theft App cannot be removed or wiped from your system. If you wish to remove this application Please go to security->Device Administrator ->Uncheck Knightfox. It will prompt for password. Enter Password and Its now ready to be removed.

SIM Card Change Notification and Auto Lock

Knightfox prevents the usage of unregistered SIM card. If the default SIM card is changed the

mobile will be automatically locked and the information's about the new Sim will be sent as

SMS and email will be sent to registered email.

Single Button Mobile Tracking in Theft Mode

During an incident of theft or loss of your Mobile. You can activate all the Anti theft features

remotely with a single button.

Insurance policy Terms and Condition

1. Hand set is covered against theft, Accidental Damage, Total Loss due to water logging.

2. Insurance is valid for Indian customers.

3. No partial loss or Repair loss claim is paid. Only total Loss is payable.

4. Claim is payable based on Depreciation of 5% per month from the date of purchase based on

the Market value of the Set.

5. Claims will be paid based on the ID proof and Bank details of customer. 6. For detail enquiries and claims you may contact :

7. For Total loss Savage need to be surrendered to Copperseeds Technology for verification. 8. Policy will be for 365 days from the day of purchase of product. 9. The decision of claim will rest solely with Insurance company and their decision will be final. 10. Mobile Devices up to 6 Months old can be insured. Approval Only after validation on the

condition of the Handset.

Theft/Loss:

If our Anti theft software fails to identify the lost/theft phone and all the resources of mobile application is exhausted .

Need to register police complaint in 24 hrs.

Police report saying phone non traceable and this report has to be given in 90 days time for the date of incident.

Cross verification from Copperseeds Technologies with help of Software.

Reports will be handed over Insurance Company for claim settlement.

Total loss due to accidental damage/Total loss due to water logging :

Need to report to Copperseeds within 24 hours by mail or software.

Need to Submit certificate from Authorized service center claiming the phone is a total loss and not repairable.

Need to give a Declaration of the incident to Copperseeds Technology and it need to be cross Verified with the software from Copperseeds for any malpractice.

Reports will be handed over to Insurance Company for claim settlement.

Exclusions

Exclusions under the mobile phone insurance policy are:

Mysterious disappearance. When the incident occurred the Mobile Application was not installed in mobile. Theft from unattended vehicles, except from fully enclosed car that is securely locked. Theft, loss or damage during the hire or loan to a third party. Mechanical and electronic breakdown or derangement. Overloading and experimentation involving imposition of any abnormal conditions. Damage by wear and tear, vermin, atmospheric or climatic condition or gradual deterioration,

inherent defect or from any process of cleaning, repairing or maintenance. Loss or damage due to war or nuclear perils, Intentional or wilful act of the insured party.

1.5 You may use Knightfox for one subscription account (a "Subscription Account" is comprised of the shared resources accessible by a single login ID) on mobile devices owned or leased solely by you, for your personal use.

1.6 Some of Knightfox features require the use of SMS text messages. Standard data and messaging charges, fees, and taxes from your wireless operator apply.

1.7 Personal information stored on our servers consists of: email address associated with your account, device ID (could be the IMEI/MEID number, ANDROID_ID, serial number or a combination of these), last location, last audio recording, last KML file representing location history, last reply sent by each device. If you wish to have a message history please make a local copy from Knightfox dashboard.

2.1 Before using Knightfox, please read carefully the following terms and conditions of service. By accessing, browsing and/or using Knightfox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all consents and disclosures set forth in the Knightfox registration process (and hereby incorporated herein by this reference), all of the following terms and conditions, including any future modifications to this terms of service, and all guidelines (collectively, the "agreement"). If you do not agree to this agreement, then please cease using the Knightfox immediately.

2.2 The Knightfox is available for individuals aged 14 years or older. If you are 14 or older but under the age of 18, then you agree to review these terms and conditions

with your parent or guardian to make sure that both you and your parent or guardian understand and agree to this agreement and you agree to have your parent or guardian review and accept this agreement on your behalf through the Knightfox registration process. If you are a parent or guardian entering this agreement for the benefit of a child over 14, then you agree to and accept full responsibility for that child's use of the Knightfox, including all financial charges and legal liability that he or she may incur.

3. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

3.1 The Knightfox are intended only as personal, location-based services for individual use and should not be used or relied on as an emergency locator system, used while driving or operating vehicles, or used in connection with any hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, or any other application in which the failure or inaccuracy of that application or the Knightfox could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or property damage.

3.2 You acknowledge and agree that Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd has offered the Knightfox, set its prices, and entered into this agreement in reliance upon the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth below. You further acknowledge and agree that the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth in this agreement reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd, and that the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth in this agreement form an essential basis of the bargain between you and Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd. Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd would not be able to provide the Knightfox to you on an economically reasonable basis without these limitations and disclaimers.

4. PRIVACY POLICY; GUIDELINES TO FEATURES AND SERVICES

4.1 Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd's Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please read this policy carefully for disclosures relating to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information and real-time location information. When using Knightfox, you will be subject to any additional posted guidelines or rules applicable to certain features, which may be posted from time to time (the "Guidelines"). All Guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

5. MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT

5.1 We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement or any Guidelines at any time. Please check this Agreement and all Guidelines periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Knightfox after the posting of any modifications or changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. Please note that additional and/or different conditions and terms of use may apply to services or products provided through one or more of our partners, advertisers, or business associates, and you should refer to those

before using such services or products. For any material changes to this Agreement or any Guidelines, you acknowledge and agree that any such amended or modified terms shall automatically be effective thirty (30) days after they are initially posted on Knightfox.

6. OWNERSHIP; PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

6.1 The Knightfox is owned and operated by Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd. The Knightfox, content, visual interfaces, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, services, including, but not limited to, the mobile device applications, and all other elements of the Knightfox (collectively, the "Materials") are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international laws and conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. All Materials contained in the Knightfox are the property of Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Knightfox are proprietary to Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd or its affiliates and/or third-party licensors. Except as expressly authorized by Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd, you agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorized use of the Materials.

7. ACCOUNT INFORMATION

7.1 The Knightfox is not available to persons under the age of 14 or to any Users suspended or removed from the Knightfox by Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd. You agree that the information you provide to Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up to date at all times.

8. PASSWORD

8.1 When you register as a member you will be asked to provide a password. As you will be responsible for all activities that occur under your password, you should keep your password strictly confidential at all times.

8.2 YOU MUST NOTIFY COPPERSEEDS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD IMMEDIATELY OF ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR PASSWORD OR IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOUR PASSWORD IS NO LONGER CONFIDENTIAL.

8.3 We reserve the right to suspend your account and/or require you to alter your password if we believe for any reason that your password is no longer secure.

8.4 YOU MAY NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD WITH ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY REASON.

9. USAGE RULES; PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND USES

9.1 YOU UNDERSTAND AND HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU MAY NOT AND WARRANT THAT YOU WILL NOT:

9.1.1. use the Knightfox or any location information displayed within the Knightfox to stalk, harass, abuse, defame, threaten or defraud other Users, or collect, attempt to collect, or store location or personal information about others

9.1.2. use the Knightfox if you are under the age of 14 years old

9.1.3. use the Knightfox for any commercial or non-private use, it being understood that the Knightfox are for personal, non-commercial use only

9.1.4. use the Knightfox for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, including, without limitation, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, data protection and privacy, and import or export control

9.1.5. impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity, or access the Knightfox accounts of other Users

9.1.6. share Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd-issued passwords or access to your mobile device while Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd is running and accessible with any third party or encourage any other user to do so

9.1.7. misrepresent the source, identity or content of information transmitted via the Knightfox

9.1.8. remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Knightfox, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the Knightfox, or features that enforce limitations on use of the Knightfox

9.1.9. intentionally interfere with or damage operation of the Knightfox or any user's enjoyment of them, by any means, including uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses, worms, or other malicious code

9.1.10. attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Knightfox, or any part of it, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Knightfox, or any part of it, through hacking, password mining or any other means or interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Knightfox or any activities conducted on the Knightfox

9.1.11. sell or transfer or allow another person to access your account password, profile, or Knightfox account.

10. USAGE; REFUSAL OR SUSPENSION OF SERVICE

10.1 Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right, but has no obligation, to have our systems monitor any user's registration as well as any user's use of or access to the location information. Accordingly, Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd also reserves the right to disable any user's use of or access to the Knightfox and the location information, for any reason and without any notice.

10.2 You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content and material that you provide to the Knightfox.

11. THIRD-PARTY SITES, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES; LINKS

11.1 The Knightfox may include links to other web sites or services solely as a convenience to Users. Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd does not endorse any such linked sites or the information, material, products or services contained on other linked sites or accessible through other linked sites. Furthermore, Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd makes no express or implied warranties with regard to the information, material, products or services that are contained on or accessible through linked sites. Access and use of linked sites, including information, material, products and services on linked sites or available through linked sites is solely at your own risk.

11.2 Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Knightfox are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Knightfox.

11.3 Parties other than Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd may provide services or sell products via the Knightfox. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or the content of their product and service offerings. Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other terms and conditions of use.

12. END USER LICENSES

12.1 LICENSE GRANT, RESTRICTIONS AND UPGRADES.

12.1.1 To use the Knightfox you must have a mobile device that is compatible with the Knightfox. Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd does not warrant that the Knightfox will be compatible with your mobile device.

12.1.2. License Grant. Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use a compiled code copy of the Knightfox as follows: You may use the Knightfox for one Knightfox subscription

account (a "Subscription Account" is comprised of the shared resources accessible by a single login ID) on mobile devices owned or leased solely by you, for your personal use

12.1.3. Restrictions. You may not: (i) modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Knightfox, except to the extent that such restriction is expressly prohibited by law; (ii) rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Knightfox to any third party or use the Knightfox to provide time sharing or similar services for any third party; (iii) make any copies of the Knightfox; (iv) remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Knightfox, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the Knightfox, or features that enforce limitations on use of the Knightfox; or (v) delete the copyright and other proprietary rights notices on the Knightfox.

12.1.4. Software Upgrades. You acknowledge that Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd may from time to time issue upgraded versions of the Knightfox, and may automatically electronically upgrade the version of the Knightfox that you are using on your mobile device. You consent to such automatic upgrading on your mobile device, and agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to all such upgrades.

12.1.5. Open Source. With respect to any open source or third-party code that may be incorporated in the Knightfox, such open source code is covered by the applicable open source or third-party license EULA, if any, authorizing use of such code.

12.1.6. Rights Reserved. The foregoing license grant under this Agreement is not a sale of the Knightfox or any copy thereof and Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd or its third party partners or suppliers retain all right, title, and interest in the Knightfox (and any copy thereof). Any attempt by you to transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations hereunder, except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, is void. Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.

13. VIOLATIONS; TERMINATION

13.1 You agree that Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd, in the good faith belief that you have violated any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, may terminate any account or subscription (or any part thereof) you have with the Knightfox or use of the Knightfox and remove and discard all or any part of your account, at any time. You agree that any termination of your access to the Knightfox or any account you may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd will not be liable to you or any third-party for any such termination. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of the Services may be referred to

appropriate law enforcement authorities. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd may have at law or in equity.

14. DISCLAIMERS; NO WARRANTIES

14.1 The Knightfox and any third-party software, services, or applications made available in conjunction with or through the Knightfox are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd, and its suppliers and partners, disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights.

14.2 Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd and its suppliers and partners do not warrant that the functions contained in the Knightfox will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Knightfox or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

14.3 Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd, and its suppliers and partners, do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of any location information or the Knightfox in terms of security, safety, correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd or its suppliers or partners) assume the entire cost of any necessary servicing, repair, or correction related to the Knightfox. You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain material or data through the use of the Knightfox at your own discretion and risk.

15. INDEMNIFICATION; HOLD HARMLESS

15.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd, its affiliated companies, and its suppliers and partners, harmless from any and all claims, suits, actions, losses, costs, damages, and any other liabilities, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of any location information or the Knightfox generally, (b) any violation of the rights of any other person or entity by you, or (c) any breach or violation by you of this Agreement. Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of these claims.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DAMAGES

16.1 You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances, including, without limitation, negligence, will Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd or its affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, or third-party partners or suppliers be liable to you for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, reliance, consequential, or exemplary damages related to or resulting from: (a) the use, disclosure, display, or maintenance of your location information; (b) your use or inability to use the Knightfox; (c) the Knightfox generally or the Knightfox or systems that make the

Knightfox available; or (d) any other interactions with Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd or any other user of the Knightfox, even if Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd or a Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that the limitations of liability set forth in this section will survive any termination or expiration of this agreement and will apply even if any limited remedy specified herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

16.2 In no event shall Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd's (or its affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, suppliers, or third-party partners) total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to this agreement or your use of the Knightfox, exceed the amounts paid by you for accessing the Knightfox or one thousand dollars, whichever is greater.

16.3 The limitations of liability set forth in this section shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of any services sold or provided by third parties other than Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd and received through or advertised on the Knightfox or received through any links provided on the Knightfox.

KNIGHTFOX PRIVACY POLICY

Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd., ("We", "Our") values the privacy of our customers, users, and others who use our mobile device software applications (the "Knightfox "), websites, services, and content (e.g., widgets, feeds, and applications) owned or operated by Copperseeds Technologies Pvt Ltd. (the "Knightfox" ). The following Privacy Policy governs the Knightfox

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 This Privacy Policy details important information regarding the use and disclosure of User information collected through the Knightfox Services. Knightfox provides this Privacy Notice to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using the Knightfox Services.

1.2 This Privacy Notice is incorporated into and is subject to the Knightfox Terms of Service. Your use of the Knightfox Services and any personal information you provide on the Knightfox Services remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Notice and the Terms of Service.

2. IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES AND CONSENTS

2.1 Some of the Knightfox Services require the use of SMS text messages. Standard data and messaging charges, fees, and taxes from your wireless operator apply.

2.2 To provide the Knightfox Services, we collect, maintain, use, and display your personal data and the geographic location of your mobile devices (we call this "location information" or "geo-location").

2.3 In order to subscribe to the Knightfox Services, you must consent to: (a) the use of your devices' location to provide the Knightfox Services to you, including the display and disclosure of your location information (b) receive SMS messages; and (c) pay operator data, messaging, and other fees resulting from Knightfox Services usage.

3. THE INFORMATION KNIGHTFOX COLLECTS

3.1 REGISTRATION INFORMATION: You provide to Knightfox certain personally-identifiable information (such as device ID number, wireless operator / operator, your name, email address, etc.) when choosing to subscribe to the Knightfox Services.

3.2 LOCATION INFORMATION: To provide the Knightfox Services, we derive location information from your wireless operator, certain third-party service providers, or directly from the mobile device that you used to register with the Knightfox Services. This location tracking of your mobile device may occur even when the Knightfox Services mobile application is not actively open and running, but your

location is being securely transmitted and logged in accordance with your privacy and opt-in settings.

3.3 COOKIES, PERSISTENT FILE INFORMATION: When you use the Knightfox Services, we may send one or more cookies (small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer. Knightfox may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your web browser and may be used by us during your subsequent visits to the Knightfox Web site. Persistent cookies set by the Knightfox Web site can be removed. Please review your web browser "Help" file to learn the proper way to modify your cookie settings.

3.4 LOG FILE INFORMATION: When you use the Knightfox Services, our servers automatically record certain information about your usage from your mobile device and web browser. These server securely logs may include information such as a mobile device identification number and device identifier, web requests, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, features used in the Knightfox mobile application, the amount of time spent on particular web pages, the dates and times of your requests, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

4. THE WAY KNIGHTFOX USES INFORMATION

4.1 Knightfox uses your personally identifiable, registration, and location information to operate, maintain, and provide to you and other Users all of the features and functionality of the Knightfox Service.

4.2 Knightfox uses your personally identifiable, location, and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous log file information) to track and analyze User preferences and trends in order to improve the quality and design of the Knightfox Services and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services.

4.3 Knightfox uses cookies and log file information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Knightfox Services; (b) provide custom and personalized content, advertisements, and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; and (d) monitor aggregate usage metrics.

4.4 Knightfox uses your email address from time-to-time for non-marketing or administrative purposes such as sending privacy or security related notices, notifying you of major Knightfox Services changes, or for other customer service purposes.

4.5 Knightfox does not use your personally identifiable information or location information to send commercial or marketing SMS text messages or email messages

to you without your express consent or unless if you have opted-in to be part of a specific program or feature in accordance with the applicable Knightfox Services consent procedures.

5. WHEN KNIGHTFOX DISCLOSES INFORMATION

5.1 Knightfox discloses aggregate, anonymous log file and usage information in reports to interested third parties to assist those parties in understanding the usage patterns and performance results of certain advertisements, content, services, promotions, or features. For example, we may provide aggregate-level reports to a partner for the purpose of showing delivery and performance statistics of a specific advertising campaign.

5.2 Knightfox may release personally identifiable, registration, profile, or location information if required to do so by law.

5.3 Knightfox also reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable, registration, profile, or location information that Knightfox believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to: enforce our Terms of Service; take precautions against liability; protect Users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; protect the security or integrity of the Knightfox Services; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Knightfox, Users, or others.

5.4 Knightfox does not share your personally identifiable information or personally-identifiable location information with other, third-party companies for their commercial or marketing use without your express consent or unless you have opted-in to be part of a specific program or feature in accordance with the applicable Knightfox Services consent procedures.

6. YOUR CHOICES

6.1 You may update, correct, or delete your profile information at anytime. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you profile access or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times.

7. OUR COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY

7.1 Knightfox uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information that Knightfox receives on your behalf to operate the Knightfox Services or that you transmit to Knightfox and you do so at your own risk. We also cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, ethical, or managerial safeguards.

7.2 If Knightfox learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Knightfox may post a notice on the Knightfox Services if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.

8. IN THE EVENT OF MERGER, SALE, OR BANKRUPTCY

8.1 In the event that Knightfox is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our Users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control so that the Knightfox Service can continue operations. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we will do everything in our power to protect how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used. You will be notified via notice through the Knightfox Services of any such change in ownership or control of your personally identifiable information.

9. CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

9.1 This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically without further notice to you and this will be reflected by the "last modified" policy below. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. In general, we only use your personal information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy in effect when we received that personal information. Your continued use of the Knightfox Services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any future revisions. If we decide to change our privacy policies, then we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

9.2 For revisions to this Privacy Policy that may be materially less restrictive on our use or disclosure of personal information you have provided to us, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and obtain your consent before implementing such revisions with respect to such information. If we make such material changes to this policy, then we will notify you here in this Privacy Policy, by email, or by means of a notice on the Knightfox Services home page.
