Uponor controls at a glance

Auto Balance Technology (ABT) is patented technology unique to Uponor and only exists in our system. The function replaces the need for manual balancing of the loops. Instead of balancing the system for one peak load, the system calculates the actual energy needs in the single rooms over the heating season and adapts to those needs.

This gives more even floor temperatures, faster system reactions with lower energy consumption than any standard on/off system. You can save up to 12% on energy usage with ABT.

It goes on balancing through the changing seasons and throughout the household’s changing lifestyle and usage patterns. Most of all, you will love the true radiant comfort only Uponor radiant thermostats provide!

Reliable and easy to install, secure wiring with 12V low voltage engineering.

Versatile

Uponor 12V individual room control offers 4 types of thermostats and an optional timer. The controller operates the thermal actuators, when a thermostat detects the need for heating or cooling. Various types of Uponor thermostats can be connected.

Can be used for any size project

A maximum of 12 thermostats and 14 thermal actuators plus the optional time switch can be connected to the 12-channel controller.

The internal switching layout of the controller makes it possible to combine several thermal actuators to one thermostat without the use of cable jumpers. The thermostats, thermal actuators and time switch are connected to the controller with easy-to-install, screwless wiring clamps.

Auto Balancing

Wired Dial Thermostat

The setting range can be limited mechanically by adjusting pins under the thermostat dial. Lutterworth. The course is aimed at both new and experienced users of our products. Day 1 gives a thorough understanding of applications of UFH in our theory suite. Day 2 follows with practical exercises in our hands-on practical suite.

• Design Considerations & Controls Course Recommended as a follow-up to the UFH Installer

course, this course is usually aimed at experienced installers and gives a basic understanding of system requirements from a design point of view. You will also have the opportunity to look at any new Uponor products which are now available.

• Controls Wiring Course Uponor has recently launched a range of innovative

water temperature and air temperature controls. Consequently, we are now offering an informative course aimed at installers and electricians, who wish to increase their product knowledge with respect to Uponor control systems.

• Plumbing Applications Course A tailored course to show the advantages of Uponor

plumbing applications over traditional materials. Delegates who will benefit from this course would have a previous plumbing knowledge. The course includes Pipe technology, MLCP Riser System, Multi-layer, Pex pipes, RTM & Practical training.
