1. Connect to the data presentation at the beginning of the year to the SIP process
2. Encourage your team to look back at lessons learned - what needs to be improved?
3. Look forward into planning ahead - what worked?
4. Assess the attainment of SIP goals- were goals met, why or why not?
5. Revise your Comprehensive Needs Assessment - update all sections of the CNA
6. Use the CNA revision process to revise and/or update your plan, including the professional development plan and intervention matrix
