this Spring. Joined by indie‐rap mainstay Chris Webby, along with label mates Krizz Kaliko and MURS, Flint, Michigan’s King 810 and Jamaican

rap‐phenom, ZUSE. The tour will kick off April 8 and conclude on June 3. A complete tour itinerary will be announced in the coming weeks.

The Special Effects album and tour arrive after a banner 2014 for Tech N9ne. In May, he released his Strangeulation Collabos album, which

debuted as the #1 independent, #1 rap and #5 overall album in the country on The Billboard Top 200.

Tech N9ne’s “Fragile” single, which also features Kendrick Lamar, ¡Mayday! and Kendall Morgan, was Tech’s biggest radio hit to date, peakin

FROM FIRST TO LAST co-founder Matt Good sent the internet into a frenzy earlier this year when he teased about a

Recordings. The new association will kick-off with the release ofJEFF The Brotherhood’s new album Wasted On The Dream

being released worldwide on March 24.

Wasted On The Dream is the record the Orrall brothers been

building up to since they first formed JEFF The Brotherhood in

2001. It’s a van-rocking, bong-rattling slab that authentically

captures their fiery mixture of 70s hard rock, 80s punk, 90’s

grunge and indelible pop melodies. Co-produced by JEFF The

Brotherhood with Joe Chiccarelli (The Strokes, Poco, My Morning

Jacket, Beck), tracks like “Voyage Into Dreams,” “Melting Place”

and “Karaoke, TN” are loaded with muscular guitars, pounding

drums, sky-punching riffs and effortlessly catchy choruses. While

Jake’s three-string guitar and Jamin’s minimalist drum kit used to

define the band’s sound,Wasted On The Dream is the first JEFF album to showcase their recent evolution into a fully realize

rock outfit: Jake plays six-string guitar, Jamin plays a full kit, and Jack Lawrence (Raconteurs, Dead Weather, City and

Colin MacIntyre ‐ who releases under the pseudonym Mull Historical Society ‐ is one of the UK’s most respected songwriters

performers. A multi‐instrumentalist, programmer, songwriter and producer, MacIntyre has released six albums to date: four MHS albu

and two under his own name.

His recent Mull Historical Society album, entitled City Awakenings, was released in January 2012 on Xtra Mile Recordings on the 1

anniversary of debut, Loss. City Awakenings was produced by the Grammy‐winning Dom Morley (Amy Winehouse, Mark Rons

Grinderman), and it is his tribute to Glasgow, London and New York ‐ the three cities which have most influenced the musician a

islander abroad.

Now MacIntyre releases his first Best‐Of Collection across his 6 albums to date. It will be released on CD in April 2015 through Xtra M

Recordings. It will mark 15 years since his debut MHS single ‘Barcode Bypass’ and will be fronted by the new single ‘Keep Falling

soaring new Mull track which marks a progression and is also produced by Morley. “I can recognize now that the past two years has be

one of the biggest creative surges for me, it reminds me of the period leading up to my first album, ‘Loss’, when I first found an authen

sound and voice.”

Rodney DeCroo is storyteller and a true original. An American by birth and a Canadian by accident,DeCroo has spent his life moving and documenting stories. Growing up between Pennsylvania andNorthern BC, Rodney rebelled against his mother’s strict fundamentalist Christian beliefs, got sent tocorrection school, returned home and ran away to the streets shortly thereafter. Fleeing to Canada to

avoid institutionalization after many police run-ins, Rodney spent the next couple of years in analcohol and drug induced haze of small northern towns, trashy hotels, fights and petty crime.

After seven years of a transient lifestyle, dead end jobs, alcoholism, and a growing criminal recordRodney found recovery and changed his life.

Rodney’s unique upbringing brought him a good deal of stories, with poetry writing and folk musicproviding solace from it all. While sleeping on a friend’s couch he taught himself to play guitar andbegan writing songs. He gigged around with a line-up of all-star roots musicians assembledby Northern Electric Records’ Richard Chapman : Paul Rigby, Linda McCrae, MarcL’Esperence and has since collaborated with Rae Spoon, Sam Parton (Be Good Tanyas), IdaNilsen (Great Aunt Ida), Buck 65, Jon Wood, Carolyn Mark and Cam Penner.

Rodney’s 7th album, Campfires on the Moon is a dark collection of stories that deal with the loss of

relationships, aging, regret, death, the nature of memory and self-awareness of one’s own mortality.In Campfires On The Moon Rodney DeCroo and accompanying musicians Mark Haney (bass) andINilsen (piano, voice) perform using only acoustic instruments to create the intimacy needed betwee

themselves and the material. While the album deals unflinchingly with difficult themes and emotionsit is always with the goal of finding beauty, poetry, transcendence, and emotional catharsis.Campfires on the Moon is out April 28th, 2015 via Tonic Records.

For those unaware, Lisbon is having a moment. The youth of the city’s neglected outer districts are speaking out and doing

so through

brash,

innovative

dance

music

and

all

‐night

warehouse

parties.

Taking

polyrhythmic

inspiration

from

the

Afric

diaspora and welding it intuitively to mutant contemporary club music artists like DJ Marfox and DJ Nigga Fox (‘Fox’ being

widely‐used nod to the titular character of the iconic Star Fox video game) have arrived at startlingly new sound. A

conversation between Warp and the Principe Crew in early 2014 resulted in a plan to bring the scene to a worldwide

audience and the concept of the CARGAA compilations was born. Inspired by the sheer amount of incredible young artist

in and around Lisbon and the attitude of classic, genre‐defining grime compilations like Run The Road , this is an overview

a genre in its immediate, evolving form ‐ a series of three 12" compilations that dig as deeply as possible into the different
