HEAT-SEALED/EMBROIDERyHeat-seal transfers are lightweight and cause no irritation next to skin garments. Embroidery on the reverse side (next to skin) can potentially cause chafing. Please make sure that you have asked permission to use any registered trademarks. Umbro cannot accept any responsibility for infringement of any third party intellectual property rights. Umbro reserves the right to refuse to print any offensive and/or unacceptable name or logo. ARTWORKAll artwork supplied needs to be in jpeg or eps or Illustrator format via email or cd-rom. The Pantone® shades of colour must also be provided where possible.

TErMS & CONDiTiONS Of USE

1. PAYMENTAll goods must be paid for when order is placed.

2. PRICESa) The current seller price list supersedes all prices for

similar goods in previous price list.

b) Prices are subject to revision without notice and the prices payable by the buyer will be the prices in force at the time of receipt of your order by Umbro International Limited.

c) All prices correct at time of print (May 2011).

3. VATAll prices are inclusive of VAT, at current rate.

4. CARRIAGEAll teamwear is sent by courier. In order to ensure the best possible delivery service it is necessary that you provide Umbro with a delivery address, which is occupied between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday–Friday.

5.�DELIVERyUmbro aims to deliver your order within 10 working days for non-customised kits and within 21 working days for customised kits. However, during the peak months of the year it may take longer to fulfil your order. If ordering your kit during the months of June, July and August, please contact us on 0845 603 7047 so we can give you a realistic indication of when you can expect to receive your order. No compensation will be considered relating to any issue relating to delivery.

6.�DAMAGE�IN�TRANSITAll goods must be examined on receipt and if found to be damaged, you must inform Umbro within seven days of receipt of the goods. If Umbro are not informed within this time scale then no claims for damage can be made.

7. SHORTAGE OR LOSSAll goods must be examined on receipt and if found to be short Umbro must be informed within seven days of receipt of the goods. If Umbro are not informed within this time scale then no claims for shortage or loss can be made.

• �All�garments�may�be�subject�to some discolouring as of general wear and only partially washed off mud and grass.

• �Follow�garment�care�labels� to minimize any colour loss or change.

• �Try�to�avoid�leaving�kit�bundled together and scrunched up when damp.

• �Do�not�overfill�washing�machines as dirt can re-deposit causing discolouration.

• �After�use,�soak�in�warm�water�with appropriate (non-chlorine bleach based) detergent for approx 2 hours prior to washing in machine. This will help in removal of stains and reduce the chance of colour loss.

CAriNG fOr yOUr KiT

• �Umbro�will�not�accept�liability�for any discolouration derived from foreign elements other than those used in the manufacturing of the material.

• �Washing�above�40�degrees�or tumble drying garments/applications will seriously damage the products. Umbro will accept no liability should damage occur as a result.
