• ALPSP celebrates 21 years, Adobe launches PDF

• Launch of Google

• Launch of Amazon.co.uk

• Launch of Twitter and Sony eReader

• Inaugural ALPSP conference launched

• Membership exceeds 320 organisations in 40 countries
