Booking and Payment

Mabu Thermas Grand Resort

Important Remarks before the Payment:

Please contact biopixe2018@ufrgs.br if you want to book a Double

Room but you do not have a roommate yet;

Let us know if you have any doubts or concerns about these

instructions;

The prices are quoted in Brazilian Real and the amount is equivalent

to the prices agreed upon in Euros. Be aware that the prices in

Brazilian Real may change on daily basis depending on the exchange

rate between the Brazilian Real and Euros of that particular day;

The field Number of Rooms should be always equal to 1 regardless

you are booking a Single Room or a Double Room;

Due to the high hotel occupancy, the payment is non-refundable.

However, if you experience any last-minute mishap about your

schedule to attend the symposium, let us know as soon as possible.

1) Read carefully all steps before doing your reservation.

2) Visit the Mabu payment webpage at

and click on . You will be directed to the following page:

3) Select the hotel (Mabu Thermas Grand Hotel Foz do Iguaçu), the

Check-in and Check-out dates, the reason (Vacation) and fill in the

PromoCode BP2018FI. Finally, click on .

4) Choose your preferred language (English or Spanish) on the top right

corner of the page and check the field Number of Adults per Room. If you

are just one adult, then the price shown in Brazilian Reais refer to a Single

Room per night.

5) However, if you have an accompany person and you are booking a Double

Room for both of you, then the propriate field must be changed to 2 Adults.

Once you change this field, a warning will pop up asking you to carry out a

new search for your new preferences. Finally, change the field N Rooms

from 0 to 1 and click on .

6) The site is updated and the value shown in the green box (Best Price) on

the right of the BIOPIXE MASTER picture refers to the price of a Double

Room per night in Brazilian Reais. Note that the number of rooms changed

to 1. On the right panel there is blue box with the price of the room for the

entire period that you chose earlier. Then just click on the Book Now key to

go ahead with your reservation.

7) After clicking on the Book Now key shown above, it will take some time

before you get to the next webpage. During this time, a Please Wait!

warning will pop up on your screen. You will be taken to the page shown

below with two main information fields: i) Personal Information; ii) Credit

Card Information.

8) Fill in all fields as requested. Please remember that the CVV (Card

Verification Value) security number can be found in the back of your credit

card.

9) Once the credit card information is provided, a pop-down menu indicates

the number of monthly installments you want to choose to pay the hotel. This

number depends on the total value of your reservation. Typically, it ranges

from 1 to 10 montly installments to be chosen from. In the example shown

below for a double room for 5 nights, the system allows you to choose from

one monthly installment (1x) up to 10 montly installments (10x). No interest

rate is charged by the hotel (0,00%).

At this point you may finish your payment:

Make your option by clicking on the desired number of

installments;

Click on Accept Terms and Conditions;

Click on the Confirm Reservation button.
