Booking and Payment

Important Remarks before the Payment:

Please contact biopixe2018@ufrgs.br if you want to book a Double

Room but you do not have a roommate yet;

Let us know if you have any doubts or concerns about these

instructions;

The prices are quoted in Brazilian Real and the amount is equivalent

to the prices agreed upon in Euros. Be aware that the prices in

Brazilian Real may change on daily basis depending on the exchange

rate between the Brazilian Real and Euros of that particular day;

Due to the high hotel occupancy, the payment is non-refundable.

However, if you experience any last-minute mishap about your

schedule to attend the symposium, let us know as soon as possible.

We are committed to help you out in this case.

1) Read carefully all steps before doing your reservation.

2) Visit the Mabu payment webpage at

You will be directed to the following environment:

3) Change the date to January 2018 as shown below and click on the

Check-in and Check-out dates. If you are booking a Single room, then leave

the field 1 Adult as it is.

However, if you have an accompany person and you are booking a Double

room for both of you, then change the appropriate field to 2 Adults. Once

you are done, fill in the PromoCode BP2018FI in the appropriate field and

then click on .

4) If you have chosen a Single Room, you will be directed to a page where

the BIOPIXE MASTER single room shows up with the respective price per

night (green box on the right of the BIOPIXE MASTER picture). Then

change the field N Rooms from 0 to 1. A new box A MINHA RESERVA

will pop up with the total price (in Brazilian Real) you will have to pay. Then

just click on RESERVE JÁ key to go ahead with your reservation.

If you have chosen a Double Room, the only difference is the price per night

that is shown in the green box on the right of the BIOPIXE MASTER picture

and in the pop up box. The other steps are the same as for the Single Room.

Therefore, only a Single Room is shown from here on as an example.

After clicking on the RESERVE JÁ key shown above, it will take some

time before you get to the next webpage. During this time, a Please wait

warning will pop up.

5) You will be taken to the page shown below with two main information

fields: i) Personal Information; ii) Credit Card Information. Fill in all

fields as requested. Some remarks follow:

CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física): For Brazilians only;

mm: expire date of the credit card expressed in terms of months;

yyyy: expire date of the credit card expressed in terms of years;

CVV (Card Verification Value): security number found in the back of

the credit card.

6) Once the credit card information is provided, a pop-down menu indicates

the number of monthly installments you want to choose to pay the hotel. This

number depends on the total value of your reservation. Typically, it ranges

from 1 to 10 montly installments to be chosen from. In the example shown

below for a single room for 5 nights, the system allows you to choose from

one monthly installment (1x) up to seven montly installments (7x). No

interest rate is charged by the hotel (sem juros – 0,00%).

At this point you may finish your payment:

Make your option by clicking on the desired number of

installments;

Click on Accept Terms and Conditions;

Click on the Confirmar Reserva button.
