Turning a company around can be a difficult task; it involves all
the aspects of the organization, can take several years and
requires the right point person to lead it. With every turnaround
there are three steps that need to be followed:
• The diagnosis;
• The Turnaround; and
• Sustainable Growth.
The following slides are about why you do it and the wordle
