At True Story Studios, you’ll relax in our salon and enjoy complete makeup and hair styling by a professional beauty arist. During your session, you’ll feel beautiful and get dressed up in a variety of wardrobe options throughout your photo shoot. You’ll receive expert coaching throughoutthroughout your session on how to move in front of the camera, so that you look your absolute best in every scene. Afterward, be sure to hit the town, because you’ll look absolutely gorgeous!

Our professional Tips

Preparing for your shoot is almost as fun as your session, and our clients love the pro-cess of figuring out what to wear and bring on their day.

Here are the best tips, as compiled from our clients’ experience and our own, as you get ready for your experience:

1. Think about getting your hair trimmed so that it’s tidy for your shoot. It’s best not to get a completely new do, since you don’t know how it will look on camera.

2. Do the things you would normally do at least 4-7 days before the shoot - such as dying your hair, getting a spray tan, or having a waxing. This gives everything enough time to normalize before your photo shoot.

3.3. Be sure to bring at least 5-6 wardrobe changes to your session. This will give you plenty of options during your shoot, so that your final artwork will have variety.

4. Get plenty of rest and grab a bite to eat before your session. You’ll want to be re-freshed and nourished for your big day.
