What happens during a tornado?
Thunderstorms contain warm air
Air moves up into cooler air
Cold air gives out, storm winds spin
Creates a funnel.
Once the funnel touches the ground, it’s considered a tornado.
Most tornados form from a supercell (feeding off an updraft)
Occasionally, two or more tornadoes can occur at once.
