SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:1. BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder

without reserve.

2. BIDDING DISPUTES: The Auctioneer in charge will settle

any dispute as to bids and his decision on such matters will be

final.

3. TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk

at the conclusion of the auction.

4. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: All catalog animals must

be registered or eligible to be registered with the TLBAA or ITLA.

Certificate of Registration or Registration Application will be

furnished to the purchaser. Give full name and address to the

secretary when making payments. Sellers will furnish transfer

papers to the buyer. Transfer fee will be the responsibility of the

buyer.

5. HEALTH: All sale cattle pass the requirements to sell in

this state and most other states. Interstate health papers will be

furnished for each animal over six months of age. Each animal

requiring Bangs texts in accordance with federal regulations will

have been tested within 30 days of sale. Such tests have been

made by a federal accredited veterinarian and blood samples

have been processed by a state or federally accredited laboratory.

EACH PURCHASER SHOULD CHECK WITH THEIR STATE

VETERINARIAN REGARDING REGULATIONS IN THEIR STATE –

IF ADDITIONAL HEALTH REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED, IT IS

AT THE BUYER’S EXPENSE. Any non-virgin bulls will be trich

tested.

6. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any changes from information of any

kind will be announced from the auction box and such

announcements shall take precedence.

7. GUARANTEE: All animals sold are guaranteed by owners.

Females will be vet checked and are considered breeders.

Pregnancy checked 30 days preg. – with veterinarian signature.

All guarantees are between buyer and seller.

8. POSSESSION: Immediately after the animal is sold, it

becomes the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but

possession cannot be obtained by buyer until payment is made.

Buyer must make arrangements for care of stock until removed.

9. LIABILITIES: All persons who attend the sale do so at

their own risk. Liability of consigned animals is the responsibility

of the owner until sold.

10. CONTRACT: The above terms and guarantees shall

constitute a contract between buyer and seller of each animal

sold.

CONSIGNORS …1. All sale cattle must arrive by 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening,

November 17, 2012.

2. No substitutions allowed. Cattle will be visually inspected

upon arrival at the sale site by the screening committee, which

reserves the right to reject any animal.

3. Failure to sell nominee after acceptance, unless animal

dies or veterinarian certifies unfit for sale, will be automatic

forfeiture of nomination fee.

4. All bills incurred at the sale site must be paid before

leaving.

BUYERS …Each buyer should check with their own state veterinarian

regarding regulations in their state.
