SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:1. BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder

without reserve.2. BIDDING DISPUTES: The Auctioneer in charge will settle

any dispute as to bids and his decision on such matters will befinal.

3. TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk atthe conclusion of the auction.

4. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: All catalog animals mustbe registered or eligible to be registered with the TLBAA or ITLA.Certificate of Registration or Registration Application will befurnished to the purchaser. Give full name and address to thesecretary when making payments. Sellers will furnish transferpapers to the buyer. Transfer fee will be the responsibility of thebuyer.

5. HEALTH: All sale cattle pass the requirements to sell inthis state and most other states. Interstate health papers will befurnished for each animal over six months of age. Each animalrequiring Bangs texts in accordance with federal regulations willhave been tested within 30 days of sale. Such tests have beenmade by a federal accredited veterinarian and blood sampleshave been processed by a state or federally accredited laboratory.EACH PURCHASER SHOULD CHECK WITH THEIR STATEVETERINARIAN REGARDING REGULATIONS IN THEIRSTATE – IF ADDITIONAL HEALTH REQUIREMENTS ARENEEDED, IT IS AT THE BUYER’S EXPENSE. Any non-virginbulls will be trich tested.

6. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any changes from information ofany kind will be announced from the auction box and suchannouncements shall take precedence.

7. GUARANTEE:All animals sold are guaranteed by owners.Females will be vet checked and are considered breeders.Pregnancy checked 30 days preg. – with veterinarian signature.All guarantees are between buyer and seller.

8. POSSESSION: Immediately after the animal is sold, itbecomes the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, butpossession cannot be obtained by buyer until payment is made.Buyer must make arrangements for care of stock until removed.

9. LIABILITIES: All persons who attend the sale do so attheir own risk. Liability of consigned animals is the responsibilityof the owner until sold.

10. CONTRACT: The above terms and guarantees shallconstitute a contract between buyer and seller of each animalsold.

CONSIGNORS …1. All sale cattle must arrive by 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening,

November 21, 2015.2. No substitutions allowed. Cattle will be visually inspected

upon arrival at the sale site by the screening committee, whichreserves the right to reject any animal.

3. Failure to sell nominee after acceptance, unless animal diesor veterinarian certifies unfit for sale, will be automatic forfeitureof nomination fee.

4. All bills incurred at the sale site must be paid beforeleaving.
