Your Online Account Manager provides the ability to transfer, sell or purchase additional individual game tickets.

To access your Online Account Manager you will need:

• Account Number

• PIN (first-time users) or

• Password (after account has been set-up)

With Ticket Transfer, you can send your Season Tickets and parking via email. The recipient will receive the tickets as a PDF attachment.

If you are sending multiple games at the same time, please note that once the transfer is completed, the email will contain all games in one PDF attachment.

Review and Confirm

Transferring Your Tickets:

• Please review and confirm the correct games are going to the correct recipient.

• Select, “Yes, Make Transfer” • Please be sure not to hit the back

or refresh button during this time. • You will receive an email confirming you

have initiated this transfer. • If you are sending to another

person, your role is complete! • Once the recipient has completed the

transfer, you will receive an email notifying you this process was completed. • They will have 36 hours to

complete. • If the tickets are being sent to a different

email address than the sender’s but the same computer is being used in this session, please be sure to log-out of the original account prior to accepting.

Transferring Your Tickets:

How do I know if the recipient received their tickets?

• The recipient will receive three emails from the Sixers. The first will ask them to accept the transfer by setting up a Sixers account. The second email will be a confirmation the transfer was completed and the final email will contain the tickets.

What do I do if the recipient has not accepted the transferred tickets and I need to send them to someone else?

• You can cancel the transfer by clicking “view/cancel transfers” and selecting “cancel the transfer.”

What happens if I change my mind after the tickets have been accepted?

• Once a transfer is complete, it is final and cannot be reversed.

Can I transfer tickets to myself?

• Yes, and it’s a recommended action. This way you will have control regarding who and when they receive the tickets.

Can I do a swap if I have already transferred tickets?

• Once the ticket has been transferred and accepted, it is no longer associated with your specific account and therefore we are unable to process additional requests.

Is there a deadline when I can process a transfer?

• Email transfers can be completed up to two hours prior to the start of the game. If this timeframe has passed, please call your Account Manager, or 215-952-7000 to have your tickets reprinted and left at will-call.

Am I able to scan by ticket from my smartphone?

• We are currently working with The Center to bring this technology to the building.

Transferring Your Tickets:

• You will receive an initial email inviting them to accept the tickets.

• This email contains information reviewing the game(s) and seat location of the ticket(s) being sent to you.

• Select the link in the attached email to begin the transfer.

• You will see the location.

• Enter your email address and select ‘continue.’

• If the tickets are being sent to a different email address than the sender’s but the same computer is being used in this session, please be sure to log-out of the original account prior to accepting.

• Returning Sixers Online Member: If you have previously registered and created an online account.

• Create A New Box Office Account: Please use this option if you have not previously associated that specific email address with an online account.

• Select: PRINT-AT-HOME- Recipient will receive the tickets in a PDF format to print.

• Select, “Checkout” which is located to the right of the dropdown menu.

• Please note there is no cost associated to ticket transfer. Payment information does not need to be added.

• Select ‘Place Your Order’ once.

• Please be sure not to hit the back or refresh button during this time.

Transferring Your Tickets:

Order Confirmation

• An ‘Order Confirmation’ will appear. This summarizes the transaction.

• A confirmation email that summarizes this information will be sent to both the sender and the recipient. It is the same email.

• Please note tickets will not be attached to this email, they will arrive separately.

Transferring Your Tickets:

Two Emails will be sent:

Accepted: Sixers Ticket Transfer

• This notifies both parties the transfer has been completed.

• The previous tickets to this game will no longer be active and valid.

Your Philadelphia 76ers Print-At-Home Tickets Have Arrived!

• The recipient will receive a final email that contains their tickets attached as a PDF.

• Please note this email can take up to 10 minutes to generate. If it is not received simultaneously with the confirmation email, it does not mean the transfer did not complete.

• If tickets sent will be attached in the single PDF.

• Print and Enjoy the Sixers game!
