Welcome to TtT!First of all, thank you for your interest in TtT  It will be an intense few days, and you’ll be learning new things and developing yourself and your skills!! The idea behind running TtT is to improve the training and leadership capacity of AIESEC Estonia.  At the end of the weekend, and indeed well beyond that, you’ll be able to apply these new skills of yours to your studies, professional portfolio, your LC, and AIESEC Estonia as a whole.!As an added bonus, we will be presenting certificates for the individuals who complete TtT  We are super excited to be working with you over the coming days, and can’t wait to see what you’ll be able to do with what you learn here!

Timeline:• TtT Round 1 Application Closes: January 22nd (11:59pm)• TtT Round 2 Application Closes: January 29th (11:59pm)• Train The Trainers Weekend: February 5th-7th

Expectations:• Train The Trainers has a LIMITED number of spots, to ensure you are accepted, please apply

in Round 1! We will close the applications once this cap is reached.• As a precaution, if for some reason, we do not reach a certain number of applications (16),

we will unfortunately have to cancel the event. To ensure this does not happen, REGISTER TODAY!

• Food will NOT be provided during the event. • For TtT to be as effective as possible (since all of the sessions are inter-related), we expect

delegates to participate from the Friday to Sunday! Please let Canny (canny.chiu@aiesec.net) know if you are unable to attend for the full 3 days.

General Expectations

• We will be holding TtT at the university of Tartu! • Exact room locations will be announced in the delegate booklet• Please let us know if you need us to arrange accommodation for you in Tartu for Friday and

Saturday night!• A follow-up delegate package will be sent to you when round 1 officially closes
