Trailer Production

Storyboard for my trailer. The second scene will be a extreme close up of the killer who will suddenly open his eyes.

This shot will be a over the shoulder style shot with the killer walking towards the camera the camera will show the victim stepping backwards and fall however you will not see the victims face.

This shot will be a point of view shot and will look like someone running.

This sequence of shots will show a victim looking in to a mirror and the lights will flicker and then turn off but when the lights turn on the killer will be standing behind the victims shoulder in the mirror.

This will be a medium shot of the killer looking at a dead body.

In this shot it will show my actress will be on the phone and the killer will come through a window or curtains and grab her.

In this sequence the killer will chase and kill a victim this will be shown by a long shot so you can see both victims running.

This will be the final sequence of shots and will consist of the killer swinging on a swing and then the swing will be still swinging without the killer on it. In these shots the film title and the date will be shown.

In my first shot I want to create a car crash scene I will do this by shooting the scene backwards starting with my actor on the car to a standing position, then I will play this backwards and get the effect of him being ran over by a car.

Character selection.To choose my character I advertised throughout my sixth form for an adequate person to fill the role.

This was the poster I made to advertise the main character role.

From this poster I had interest from 7 people.

However I shortlisted it to 3 people I thought was suitable.

For the casting of the trailer I had three people who where possibilities for the main role of the film

For the main role I chose Ashley Waldron as my main actor as I felt that he was the most suitable candidate for the job.
